5 plants ive grown over the months.....

and none of them made it past the germination stage. pretty much as soon as the two leaves poked out of the soil one of the leaves startted rotting off or fell of or something. this one that just germinated was perfectly fine, then i leave for a few hours and come back, and its like someone cut one of the round leaves in half with a razor, a perfect cut. others have just mysteriously fallen off or who knows what. ive never gotten a plant past the germination stage cus of this. its def not bugs and im not doing shit to them i just leave em alone.

its still a mystery to me why right after germination a baby leaf dies...... does this happen to u guys?

Are you using Soil? i had the same problem with a very acidic soil that had Nutes already in it.. Would kill them because they were too young to handle the Nutes.

try keeping it in like a humidity hood or a plastic sack or something, ive found that humidity helps while the little guys are still opening and str8ning up, Idk it couldnt hurt

You must be doing something wrong, get yourself a good weed book and just read as much as you can before you start again, 99% of problems are simple problems, but you need to read as much as you can, ive been growing best part of 10 years and am still reading, hell am on this site for a reason, ''MORE INPUT'' feeding my brain with info, but before i started i read 2 good books and watched about 3 dvd's, everyone on this site has had some kind of bad luck, but what ive read of you you seem to be doing something wrong, have you got pets ? or a girlfriend who would rather you didn't grow herb ? but whatever it is if you want to grow weed and its not just a wee idea you had many many people on this site can help where you have went wrong, and help fix it.

nobody has access to it, no pets, no tampering what so ever. the soil has 0.13--0.04--0.09 npk but quite a bit of teeny bugs in it tho.. ive recently switched over from a 150watt metal halide to 2 42watt cfl's which give off 2700lumens...at least thats what they say on the box and 5k lumens is what im aiming for for 1 plant, especialy since the hps raises the closet temperature to mid to high 80s

so what are you thinking of growing ? or what have you got in just now ?

its just bagseed as im just a noob. i want to grow one plant thru 1 month veg and 1 month flower just to break my "growers cherry" then im gonna switch over to bubbleponics. but it might be the fertilizer i dunno cus i have it in an 8oz plastic party cup with a 1cm diameter hole in the bottom for drainage. the liquid that drains after watering is quite a deep yellow urine looking color, i water with bottles water, and im wondering if it is the fertilizer which weed doesnt need during first week or 2 should i just flood/flush water down the soil gradually over a period of 24 hours until the leakage starts to clear because as it clears im assuming the nutes are getting washed out. however im surprised that the nutes may be causing this as they are a pretty negligible 0.13-0.04-0.09. but i guess seedlings are very tender. i have sta-green potting mix i got from lowes.

also im turning off one of the CFLs and leaving only one on directly above it about 4inches above the soil. im sure 2700 lumens is enough while its little right? i have a wild feeling that im giving it so much light while its so young that the leaf blows up.

Yeh they will be but did you not say you had bugs ? you also cant flower a plant over 4 weeks, if you have it on veg for 4 weeks thats all cool, but its still going to take longer than 4 weeks in flower to finish.
But you need to sort the bug problem, or if your plant you have just now is not that big start a fresh.

the very first seed i grew was a whitewidow and it germinated and had 4 flowers and was healthy until 2 of the leaves (one round and one serrated) died. i think they burned off cus i was drunk while watering and i left a tiny drop of water on them and was like "aww what the hell." the other 9 white widow seeds died of overwatering in jiffy pellets. so ive resorted to bagseed i get from the ghetto. they all grew then a piece of one of the leaves would go missing, with the last plant one leaf sort of seemed like it tore (my plants are treated like the most delicate of glass objects so i didnt do it) and then the leaf fell off.

i think flushing this soil would be a nice idea because the very first seed i planted, the white widow, had a pretty clear leakage and it grew quite well and i know that the leaf loss was due to the droplet of water i left on it causing that magnifying glass effect. i just want to know how quickly/slowly i should flush the soil cus i dont want to overwater and kill it.

and ya im not flowering it. its on a 24/0 veg cycle ill keep it on for a month or 2. eventually lowering to 20/4 then 18/6. before i do 12/12. ive studied growing for months before i bought my first seeds from nirvana. so the problem might also be just plain bad quality seeds but due to current lack of $$ (im a senior in hs) i cant get a decent strain online, like northern lights.


EDIT: im wondierng, sensi seeds doesnt ship directly to usa but if i order their seeds from attitude seed bank then can i get them? cus its attitude that ships right? attitude seedbank is like a middleman amirite?

Let it dry, then water, just repeat, it should be fine aslong as you keep an eye on it, lift the pot or what its in when it feel light water it, sit it on a tray or bowel and let the run off sit in the tray for about 5/10 mins, whats left after that the plant does not want, so its full, then just let it do its thing, but you need to keep an eye on these things, they need a helping hand.

ya im in the process of joining the army and such and have a few months till paperwork is done and all this so within those months i just want to grow something. i do nothing but watch tv, drink, and sit on the computer. my plants are just a few feet away i check on them at least once every hour

plus weed here goes for around $25-40 a gram so if i can get a few ounces out of this i can easily buy some good onlien seeds plus a bubbleponics system.

I had this problem with 2 of my 6 planted other 4 are ok im new to growing so couldnt tell you the problem
