5 fans in a pc and still high temps

Im currently running G13 BBG in a pc case. i have 1 80mm for intake, 1 4'" fan for circulation and 3 120mm fans for exhaust. my temps are still running mid 80s. 1 120mm is at light level pulling hot air from the lights out of the box the other 2 are about 3/4 of the way up the box on the opposite side pulling air out. the 80mm pc fan is about 1/4 way up from the bottom and the 4" fan is at ground level. can anyone offer any explanations as to why this may be? I'll add some pics here in bit.

air building up above the lights probably. if your top is too close to the lights this will happen even with direct airflow.

the lights are sitting about 3" from the top and I added a homemade reflector but I may remove the reflector.

so I removed the 80mm intake and decided to use it as an exhaust. not i have no direct intake fan but the suction of the other fans pulling hot air out is forcing cool air to be pulled in seems to help with the temps a bit.
