no worries, can you let me know what kind of soil/nute schedule your are using? also pot size?
I have been growing lemon skunk from DNA genetics for almost three years now. in my experience it can be a very finicky strain. But to me for 6 1/2 weeks that plant looks ok. My first GUESS is somekind of lockout, either PH or rootbound. I Have a ton of different Ideas but dont even want to try until i at least know soil/nutes. here is a few pics for reference
ls1.JPGHere is at 36 days
photo 1.JPG photo 2.JPG And here is 40 days.

She a beauty. I commend you on your restraint and believe your patience will be rewarded. I myself, am baby shit soft in that department, and would have already cut that monster down.

IF you just fed her and have been on a good feeding schedule lockout can still occur due to ph in-balance. here what i would try. Do a pure water flush with PH 7.0 until there is runoff in your pan. check that runoff's PH. Example: Lets say runoff comes out at 5.5. that means your soil is 1.5 off from 7.
So if you want to adjust to 6.2(which is perfect for LS in this stage of flower) next time you water you would adjust to 7.7 because 5.5 + .7=6.2. thus the 7.7.
no thats all fine but here is why it matters. ph lockout chart.gif. And from what i can see on your pics in looks like small deficiency of a few key Nuets. I would go ahead and adjust ph, stop feeding Except for CalMG.
I would not Re-Pot could cause to much stress this far along.
Try the Flush / Ph adjust and My guess is you make a full recovery. Also to late this time but if you going to try more LS try a supercrop/ scrog . Even with 1000w hps anything under the top canopy is going to be Sub-Par. so why not grow only the canopy:) heres my record LS to date 14.5 ozphoto (7).JPG. Had scrog net over until last week of flower and she must have been cropped 7-8 times while young in veg.

I like to be right around 6.5 in Veg, drop down to 5.9-6.3 in Flower.

I usually only check during my flushes or if i have a problem, only because to get run off on a 18 gallon pot is a ton of water leads too overwater problems. smaller pots don't seem to have the same problem. Lemon skunk doesn't Need all that many Nutes. The only thing ive noticed is around weeks5-7 it wants a High N. Ive been useing some grow big mixed in with Flowering nutes around that time, but again with lemon skunk less is more.
you can always do a soil test for ph as well.
