It's TEA making night for the experimental tent. I brew this for 12-18 hours depending on when I get off my fat ass and water lol

Also they were looking too perky tonight not to throw in another pic.

Someone got spoiled by their boss this morning! He didnt have a use for it knew I had been interested, so I will be my stores Guinea Pig. This will not be going in this group but I will use the whole line in the next experimental grow after this one is harvested. I will however be using the Aphrodite and Herculean instead of AN Carbo Load and GO CaMg in my regular tents going forward starting in the next two weeks. 20140719_110455.jpg 20140719_110627.jpg

Woke up to some sugar leaf this morning. The Sour OG (Raskal OG x Sour Diesel) from reserva privada is not as potent or sour smelling/tasting as my 818 headband (SFV OG x Sour Diesel) from cali connection. However it blows it away in triochome development. This shit gets so frosty that from far away it looks like you have PM all over your plants. 20140720_130929.jpg

Well I I arrived at my garden today to find my refrigerant lines frozen. I have been plagued over the last two summers by teens stealing refrigerant from my HVAC. Temps have gone from 72 degrees to a steady 83 degrees today. I was hoping to have this fixed by the end of the day but it looks like my guy cant make it out until tomorrow to top off my system. As long as this gets fixed ASAP I shouldn't really be affected.

I know 83 degrees isnt catastrophic but having your room climate controlled at a steady 72-76 degrees at all times makes a world of difference imo.

I think they are, since they are only doing it when the A/C is running Chuck Estevez said that when the vapor is cold it may work better for their high??

It took me about 3-4 crops to dial everything in. I went from having 1 4x8 veg tent and 1 8x8 flower room to now having 3 4x8 tents. 1 is in veg at all times and the other two always in flower 4 or 5 weeks apart from each other. It really didn't cost me that much in regards to what it produces and I actually cut plant counts from when I was flowering in the 8x8 since It is perfect for scrog and i'm able to access all sides of the canopy easily.

I redirected the 2 bathroom ventilation ducts to my flower tents and added duct fans, and shut off all vents for the bedrooms. The only part of the house that is utilizing the A/C is the living room where the thermostat is. After a lot of tweaking I find that keeping the thermostat set at 76 degrees keeps those two small 32sqft areas between 72 and 76 degrees. Veg tent is always in the high 70's, but growth is still fine since it is veg.

I use digital dehumidifiers in both flower tents too so it stays between 40-45% Obviously if you live at your garden your not going to fuck with your home A/C like I did but to me it was better than spending a few grand on separate A/C units.

Each flower tent set up was only like $1400(around 2k without my employee discount, and that is counting the other 600w i put up in the winter times) and the veg tent was around $700 since it is only 1200w and doesn't have a dehumidifier. All in all im very happy with it and wont be doing any more expanding until I can get a legit state licence to grow on a commercial level.

Damn! That is one sexy setup brother. I believe I'm gonna try one of your tea brews when I get a bit more read on the topic, as I can see it can work quite well. Looking wicked sweet man! Can't wait to see the end results.

I appreciate that buddy. My nute schedule really isn't for everyone though because of the cost. It gives me good results don't get me wrong, but it's heavily subsidized between my discount and stuff from nutrient reps.

Got my a/c fixed today so that was awesome! Everything is coming back down into my normal temps, so no damage done :)

BTW I never have said how many plants are in here. There are 8 in 3 gallon smart pots.

Here are a few day 22 pics

8 3 gal...nice.
this is a real clean grow.
Thanks buddy. I have tried 3's 5's and 7's and found with my veg time it was more efficient for me to use 3 gallon pots(less medium, water, and fertilizer requirements), although my shop just brought in a new ridged "oxygen" pot that may make me give 5 gallons another shot. I did a 3 gallon vs 5 gallon side by side in the winter and only got a few grams more off the 5 with a 4 week veg, while using a lot more water and fertilizer.

thanks for that bit of info...i been stuck between 3's or 5's....

what are you vegging under(light/watts)?
4x8 tent with 2 600w sun master cool deluxe bulbs 4-5 weeks depending on how fast they take off after propagation. My 818 which I am going to start a separate journal on in the beginning of August grows a little faster and only needs to veg for 3-4 weeks after propagation.

Day 26 lights off picks. Very smooth grow thus far, and I feel like they are right where they should be for coming up on the 4 week point.

Great looking grow and great journal.. everyone loves lots of pics!! LOL. Can we get one below the canopy? They look a bit crowded to me but that might just be the angle of your shots.

Oh no it is crowded! I will have to harvest the tops first and then let the bottom go another 2-3 weeks. I think the increase in MHC light has increased the amount of foliage. It;'s usually fairly packed but it's a jungle in this tent right now. As long as they are the same strain I have never had a problem with it being crowded. I grew out 1 Moby Dick plant a few months ago in my SCROG set up and it freaked out by being so close to the other strain. I ended up having to put it in it's own 2x2 tent, and as soon as I did that it thrived.
