4x4x4' BOX - suggestions on lighting?

I just built a 4' x 4'x x 4' grow box and wanted to get some suggestions on lighting. I was going to just build something like this- then stick in a 30K Spiral cfl, one 41K Spiral and one 50K Tube style cfl bulb. What do you guys think? I was told not to use a MH or HPS because of the heat in this grow box. I have intake/exhauist and ac but I just wanted to stay away from that issue.

The CFL's could work, but I think a 400 watt mh/hps would work to. But I would find a way to cool the HID. I only suggest the HID just because I believe you would get more out of it.

i would get a 600w hps with a cool hood, get a 6inch 470m3/hour fan and ducting with a carbon filter

I got a 400w switchable ballast with a hood...mh and hps...I also have 2 large CFL's and 4 florescent shop lights

If you've already got a 400 then run with it. 4' of vertical space is not much after considering pot size & light distance from canopy. A air-cooled 600w hid would be better but you could probably save a lot on cooling just by sticking it out with your 400w & supplemental CFLs. Just my thought though.

Yea I'm going to put one in when I build the roof...the roof will actually add about 18 inches to the height of the system (to counter the height of the light...as I do not want to lower the light- it's going to be fixed).
