So its just one big circulation tube then?

Maybe segregate the two by placing a piece of wood between, that way the intake is not sucking in the exhaust.

I would turn the light 180 degrees - to me, heat travels up which will heat all those electrical fittings, wires, connection points hotter than need be. Just a little safety factor.

I see your point. I wish I could but the light won't hang the other way. Temps coming out the top are very cool 72ish

if thats both ur in and ur out u need to put some sort of divider between them our u will literally just suck in the hot air u are pushing out. If it wouldnt look to odd u could just put a piece of plywood between the two and it would lower your intake temps a few degrees. It may not seem like it but u are sucking in your own exaust i bet.

hey thanks someone else mentioned that. When I put my hand up to it it doesn't seem that way but I might go ahead and get that done.

1.) from what i remember co2 rises.

2.) thanks for the comment on the wires i'll clean them up

3.) the temp down there gets pretty low, low 60's and the temp inside the tent stays at 72 this is why i turned the tent upside down to get only warm air in there

4.) i'll be using the t5 florescents the whole time

i thought of a good way to vent HIDs. when it's cold out being air in through the reflector so it's heated before it hits your garden. and exhaust all the garden air.

i might flip it back around but i'll definitely be moving those wires
:joint:
co2 falls you want to allow air in through the bottom of your tent

Holy crap man.... Take a basic science course.

CO2 is HEAVIER than O2, meaning that it sinks.

the C(Carbon) in CO2 gives it more weight, making it heavier than air(O2).

You don't need that much ventilation on your t5 Flo's to begin with.

I run a 1000w with a box fan, garden stays 75.
