yea, one sucks in air and the other blows it out
co2 falls you want to allow air in through the bottom of your tent1.) from what i remember co2 rises.
2.) thanks for the comment on the wires i'll clean them up
3.) the temp down there gets pretty low, low 60's and the temp inside the tent stays at 72 this is why i turned the tent upside down to get only warm air in there
4.) i'll be using the t5 florescents the whole time
i thought of a good way to vent HIDs. when it's cold out being air in through the reflector so it's heated before it hits your garden. and exhaust all the garden air.
i might flip it back around but i'll definitely be moving those wires
