If the air exchange isn't good enough, it will only hinder growth. You would need a co2 monitor to know if it is good enough. Better safe than depriving your plants of anything. The cost of running the fan is trivial compared to all other costs. Just my .02$ It looks great btw

I have a 4" scrubber (I should have gotten 6) and I was very surprised at the weight of it. How much weight can those tents support?

There are four cross bars that rest on top of the frame. They can hold a lot. I can hang my big inline fan, 600 watt hydrofarm hood(pretty heavy), my 6 in scrubber, and it is still very solid.

As far as your different size filter....you could just get a coupler....i'm sure it will be fine

Well I wish I would have got the 6" fan/ scrubber combo. It is double the cfm, and the price isn't much more. I've got a 4" scrubber hosed to a booster fan(6"), to the hood, and then hosed to the 4" exhaust. I didn't use any reducers, I just used rope, clamps, and tape. It's solid and it looks alright.

Ok, here is an update! We are in week 2 of flowering. I gave them one more shot of the grow nutes last week, and will be switching to the bloom nutes this week. The plants are looking great and there are small bud sites forming everywhere. After all the training I did to them its time to let em grow vertical and see which dominant cola prevails out of this canopy. Not much smell is coming from most of the plants except for the SD BullRiders, which are stinky already!! Oh ya!!

Will post more pics once I see some good progress.

So ran into some problems today..... I went to water my plants with their first dose of bloom nutes, and found a nasty infestation of spider mites. I should have seen it sooner. There were some leaves that looked peculiar, but I didnt know what cause I have not seen the effects of mites before. Well I went to the store and picked up azamax and doktordoom. I foliar sprayed the plants with the azamax and I just dropped the doktodoom fogger on em. Hopefully this helps. I have heard Mighty Wash works well too. I will not lose my plants to these little fuckers. In 3 days I am going to do a thorough spray/wipe of all the undersides of my ladies. Hopefully all works well and I can keep on trucking too harvest....

Here is an update we are in the 3rd week of flowering. I have eliminated the spider mites. I will be watching for them like a hawk. I have switched over to the bloom nutes, and all of them are responding great. Will post more pics soon!

Alright here we go. We have got some serious bud formations starting to take place. These were taken a few days ago. It is the 4th week of flower, right around the halfway mark. All is well with the plants. A couple lingering mites have been trying to make a home out of the lower part of my blue dream, but i have been checking under every leaf every morning making sure.

The blued dream is taking longer than the others, much more sativa than my others. The bullriders are slower than the Jedi kush's, edelweiss, and other kush's, but they smell bomb!!

If anyone has any tips for these strains during flowering, it would be appreciated!!

Keep it eazy n breezy

If you wish to start growing medical herbs, start with good, healthy plants. Find a reliable supplier or herbalist to help you. If you want to grow herbs organically, start with seeds or find a local nursery that doesn't use chemicals.

bought clones "plants" from reputable dispensary, and as far as organics are concerned I am using the General Organics line. They are not OMRI certified yet, but they intend on doing so....at least that's what they say.
