4x2 vs 4x4 cooltube or hood

hey everyone what's up? I've been a memeber for awhile always lurking in the shadows for the last year I've been growing and perfecting my skills in a 26.5in tall pc case and doing so-so.. I posted part of my first ever growing here then got sketched and never posted again.
anyway now me and my lady are moving into our new home and she finally gave me the okay to get a tent. if I had it my way without a doubt I would get the 4x4 tent and slap a 1k or 600w switchable dimmable ballast and light. but realistically I think unless I can find another good location in my house its gonna be in a 2x 9 closet. so I'm looking at a space of 2x4 or if I can find the tent a 2x8 tent
so on to the questions now that I've rambled enough about my situation. I want to know in these spaces if a 600w is my best light/ heat ratio for the confined space or if any real knowledgeable person can tell me I should only get the 400. as I said I grow with cfls in a pc case currently... Should I use a hood a wing or a cooltube, and I'm pretty sure every brand I'm looking at are bad ones I find on Google. can someone give me any good links to inline fans they would reccemend also lights, ballasts, and tents or a complete set upbundle. I'm planning on using the pc.case as a mother holder once I get some seeds from attitude. ill keep the ones I find tastey and high yielding. thanks.for any info or kind words anyone has! happy new year!

also does anyone reccemend any particular strain or.seedbank to buy from other than attitude? I like fruity, diesel tastes. blueberry is a fav blue dream as well. ionno.anyway also would any of you guys put a fan for intake fans for this small of.space or just get a fat outake and have passive intake?

I would say just the exhaust fan. Passive should be fine. And a fan inside for circulation

thanks for the fast reply, I figured for the fans I will run a clip fan for higher canopy and a fan on the ground for lower sets. my main headache right now is which light I really want for my grow space and which reflecter I need cooltube sounds the best then the plants can grow near it at the end of flowering when vertical space will be limited.

I'm all about stealth by the way, in no way am I the kinda guy to not give a Fuck and just do whatever . my girlfriend needs to be kept happy with smell and noise just FYI ill deff get a carbon filter to put on the fan exracting air from the tent in flower

Your lighting Will reflect what temps you run at. I veg with one 600w for a week then turn second one on. When i only have one 600 going it don't produce enough heat So i have a electric heater on wireless thermostat. When second 600 goes on my exhaust fan starts to work steady 26c and a intake fan for fresh air. I've got 5 fans on ceiling circulate air and 8 fans below canopy. If i used air cooled tubes i would have problem keeping my temps up but i have a 7 foot high ceiling its not a prob using open hoods. But if i had a height issues i would use air cooled tubes and have a heater in room
