Hey guys.

I'm going to start my 4th grow soon and although I got some top nouch smoke on my firts 3 I had lots of problems that so far couldnt really identify.
Some infos, 2.4m x 1.2m tent, 3 x 600w, tap water ph around 8 with 140ppms, soil grow (first 2 grows with biobizz, last one with canna quemical ferts), used ph up/down when needed and dolomite or epson when needed, temp rarely passes 30ºc, humdity arrond 50%, lots of air movement inside and good in and out flow.
The problems always started after I turned the lights to 12h, around a couple weeks after and they would range from red stems, yellowing of the leaves from bottom to top (progressing to the point of the hole plant being yellow), the leaves would start to fall, rust spots and slow growth. I have tried a bit of everything but nothing worked so far. My ph has been around 6-7 range, i normaly feed under the recomended doses but even if i do the normal doses the problems continue. Epson salt or dolomite have done nothing for the yellowing witch i thought cold be mag def, its not nitrogen def also because they get a good soil and regular feedings coupled with plain water feeds.
On the 4th grow I'm thinking of getting an ro filter and control everything that goes into the water.

Any help is welcome.

You shouldn't need R/O water in soil
Most problems you see in flower are just a byproduct of what happened in Veg
Typically most people having difficulties are doing too much or trying to nute the hell out of their plants
Good luck on your next grow
keep us informed ...pics as you go and make yourself a growers log
I know on more than one occasion I have added nutes that were not needed because I forgot ...errrm was stoned?

It could have been root rot. It's from over watering. This plant really needs very little water. All my plants had varying degrees of it 2nd and 3rd grow. Sounds like your plants looked like mine. Let the soil get dry between watering. Like really dry. See if it helps

I normaly let it dry until the pot feels really light, had a couple times that it went to far and they started to drop a little but always try to water before that happens

For the most part of the veg I dont even give them any nutes because the soil I get already has them, I only start on the nutes at 3th/4th week

Maybe you identified your problem
Soil with amendments but no nutrients might be a good idea
