I grew blue cheese and that isn't it. Yours looks more sativa and needs twice that long to finish... and maybe longer.

I don't think it's going to hapen. Looks like you're trying to flower it under a flashlight. How many CFL's and what wattage? Looks weak sauce to me.

two 30 watt warm white blubs ive just moved them up to take a pic there normally 2 inches away what ever the fuck it is it stinks plus if its nowhere near ready why are the bright white hairs drying out and turning brown

The white hairs turn brown for many reasons (sick, pollinated, just because) and it doesn't mean that it's ready. More light and much more time and you'll have a nice little harvest..
Good Luck...

I would double check that there is no light leakage during the 12 hrs night faze....

sativa plants can take up to 16 weeks to be ready under good conditions.
you need more light.
and are any of the pistils brown(on the lower buds) ??????????.

Your plant is light deprived.
Light is what makes the engine go that pulls up nutes and moisture. The pistils are turning early because the plant can't supply enough moisture. Add at least another 100 watts of cfl at 2700k and get em right ON the plant.
With the current setup, you're about 4 weeks away from a harvest of about 10 grams of popcorn bud.

The problem is not the plant it is the lights the lights just have not got the power for a nice yeild.Get a h.p.s light and then you will not be wateing your time and risking it for a realy small ammount of bud.I grow under a 600 hps and my nugs are twice the size in week 2.I am not blowing my own trumppet i am trying to get the message across. It is a aste of time growing under cfl's unless you are useing them to get clones going.

CFLs definitely AREN'T a waste of time. I've seen plenty of super looking plants grown with CFLs, you just have to know what you're doing.

60W of light isn't enough for any plant except a very young one =) Doesn't matter WHAT kind of light you're using, you need more of it than that.

Triple the amount of light you're using (at the very least..), and you might be able to salvage a decent harvest.

I think you've got a MUCH better chance with 70w of HPS than you do with 70w of CFL's any day. Hands down. Can actually get a decent little plant outta those little HPS lights.
