420 rally Toronto or Ottawa worth it?

I thought those rallys are mostly young rec users just looking for an excuse to smoke freely downtown.
I would think there will be a much younger crowd than anyone on here will have patience for.
I may convince a friend or two to go down just to see if they have anything good for sale or if its the same old junk.

With having 3 kids I've developed lots of patience.
