400w tent setup 1st ever grow!

Tent setup:
400w Cool tube, carbon filter, 2 6" inline fans and dwc system

Nutes:
Jungle juice M/B (Lucas formula), Big bud, Bud candy, Overdrive and Final phase

This is my 1st time growing but i have done tons of research and decided i'll go the hydro way but i have a few questions. Would i be able to grow 4 plants successfully in the dwc system to the right ?(picture below) Should i adjust the ph daily or weekly? How much should i expect to harvest off of 4 plants in this type of setup? Do they look healthy so far? Again this is my 1st grow so any suggestions or tips are welcome!

Are you me? I'm doing the same thing with almost the same setup in a few weeks (bin dwc, 400w tent, cooltube, Big bud, Bud candy, Overdrive and Final phase...)

Only thing, I will say your roots will get tangled up very quickly with how close your plants are going to be. Most DWC are 1 plant per bucket for this reason. I purchased almost the exact same bin as you, except I only made two holes for plants, each as far away as possible from the other. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure 4 is way too much.

i mean the bin i have is pretty deep so would it be a good idea to put something dividing the inside into four slots?

You can try it if you want... personally I don't think it would be worth the effort... why not get a few less plants and just veg them a week or two more? They will grow super quickly in a hydro setup anyway

Or i can just grow all four and veg them a week more the tent is 3x3x6 so its pretty tall

oh... I thought you had like 2x2....

why don't you just use 4 5 gallon buckets with a reservoir? That's what I would do.

I would but thats alot more expensive , i'll probably do that on my next grow tho..

it's not more expensive. you buy overdrive, big bud, all these super expensive nutes, but you cram 4 plants into a small bin? How much are 5 gallon buckets? 5 bucks each? You cut up a garden hose for tubing and you use your bin you already have as a reservoir.

Skip the overdrive this grow session and use that money to build something nice, instead of botching it

Yea your right bro.. the bin i have is 18 gallons do you think thats big enough for four? or should i just upgrade and put them each in there own bucket ?

each their own bucket
that way there wont be any root competition

I don't know about the light, but you should aluminium tape your blue bin, right now light can go through it and warm the water.

I would do them indivually honestly after goingthrough my first grow in dwc and everything. It'll be wrth it in the end juss my opinion

If they are not the same strain then Do not put them in the same bucket. Different strains have different flowering times. The roots will be intertwined and tangled. Scenario for you: 3/4 plants finish in 9 weeks. 4th is a 11 week strain, so... do you cut the 4th down 2 weeks early? Or have 3 finish and diminish quality while you wait for the 4th. If they are all the same strain then i think you are fine. Check out the user on here Flo grow. He grows in coolers with 8 plants and pulls mad yeilds.

I have 2 acapulco gold, 1 white siberian and 1 pineapple chunk. i looked em up nd they take around the same time to harvest
