Very stoked to be starting these seeds. this is my first time using store bought seeds. been growing bag seeds for to long now.

Strains -

3 seeds from DNA / ATTITUDE seed bank X-mass free offer - Sleestack x Skunk

3 seeds from DNA / ATTITUDE seed bank X-mass free offer - OG18 x Skunk

3 seeds bag seeds - Pink Kush (fem?)

1 seed from DNA Genetics - Hash Plant Haze (fem)
http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/dna-genetics-hash-plant-haze/prod_221.html

seeds are sitting under a HydroFarm heat mat in 000ppm water (green house method) for germinating for 24 hours. then they will be placed into General Hydroponics Rapid Rooters, with 2 48" T5's at 65000K above. after a couple weeks i'll add the 400W MH with DIGI Ballast.

The OG18 x Skunk are looking great also.

and the HashPland Haze looks great.

So far only one of the three Pink Kush (bag seeds anyways) popped up.

all these seeds are the fastest growth i have experienced so far. what do u think?? 72 hours from being a dry seed to this.

I'm definitely going to use rapid rooters, a heat mat, and humidity dome next time as i did this time.

Looking good. I'll be following your grow as I have been using a 400w as well.

What technique do you use for re-wetting your rapid rooters? I over-watered them on my first grow and under-watered this time around. Stunted them badly the first, and somewhat this time around. They're autos, so I'm pretty much going to end up with small plants. Pretty frustrated, but I'm definitely learning what not to do the next time around.

I'm going to get a plug tray like the one you have because it looks like the easiest method to hold the rapid rooters. When I planted my seeds, I soaked the rapid rooters in 200ppm nutrient solution, then I individually placed each one into a 16oz plastic beer cup. Then I placed the cups on a 10x20 propagation tray and put the humidity dome over them. Once I got sprouts, I removed the dome and placed a layer of hydroton in each plastic cup and set the rapid rooter on top. When they needed water, I would just fill the cup to the top of the hydroton so the water would be touching the bottom of the rapid rooter. Unfortunately I let them become bone dry before re-wetting and now I'm dealing with tiny autos.

This all looks great. Is that a polyembryony in one of your SSXskunk? I had one in my batch as well, but the cotyledons of the second stalk were minuscule and it quickly died.

the tray that comes with the rapid rooters is really great. i haven't had to add water yet but when i do i am just going to add it to the bottom of the tray and let the rooter absorb the water threw the bottom of it. if at all possible the best watering technique is to let your plant sit in the water and feed from the bottom, which is why a hempy bucket works so well.
