hell yeah, it was only 40 plants, why the hell is the DEA there? I'm confused by the fact they ultimately they have bigger fish to fry and I'm little irritated my tax dollars were spent on such a waste when the citizens and voters of this state all ready decided this. It was the jack ass law makers who screwed up the wording in the legislation. But yes a travesty none the less for the growers. But 3000 sq ft is Hugh space for only 40 plants. Part of the story is missing....

This was Okemos Michigan!!! 40 is legal. In my mind and according to my cards from the state I can grow 72. I just had the cops to my house and inside. They counted my plants. My city is fine with it. Cant make to many enemies and expect to stay in good standings.

Not if ya dial the grow down to cover what ya need only. I'll dial the grow to a 1/4 zip if thats all I need or 2 lbs if needed. Once ya get to growing more you'll know what I mean. Stay legal and dial them in...
I let no one check me without a warrant. That is my right and i'll not let that slide. Violalate my rights and I'll sue ya till I'm drive'in your townships fire truck and hope ya dont like it......................... Someday they'll stop hassel'in sick folks as they'll run out of money... Oh,,, wait they already have. Dont help when folks just bend over and let them run amuck with their rights............
