3x3 Vertical or Horizontal?

Ok so I'm trying to optimize my grow potential for my next set up. It will be a perpetual grow in a 3x3x6.5 tent, but I cant decide if I want to grow vertically or horizontally. I am a firm believer that Vertical grows are better, but in my small area they would only have about a foot of horizontal grow area which makes me wonder if I would be better off doing a horizontal grow until I can get a bigger space. What do YOU think?

what size light? do you have another veg room? if not then id suggest horizontal growing if you wanna do perpetual

I may go with a 4x4. I will have a 36x20x60 tent for veg.

if you have more floor space than height I would go horizontal. You can train them to grow short and bushy Witch IMO is better for small indoor setups.
