3x3 tent how much led light for 15 oz results

I can grow only 2 plants (legal issue with more)
The tent is 3.2x3.2x6.5 (100cmx100cmx200cm)
Extractor 350m3/h
target= 15 oz per grow
the tent stands in a room @68F (20C)

how much led light should i get? I suppose it should be equivalent to 600w hid?

Yes. Exactly. Run dwc and scrog it hard.

I have a similar sized tent as you but I use HID. My friend has the same tent as mine 3X3X5' and he has this light by Truth Lighting http://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/collections/700-watt-led-grow-lights/products/truth-lighting-m16-760-watt-led-grow-light
It is really a nice light and he has great results. We live in a very hot part of the country and that is why he spent over a grand on LED lighting but I can tell you he has much better looking crops than mine with less power consumption and a lot less heat.

it really hard to get a decent led light in europe, so I think I will go for diy led & Cree CXA3070 (COB)
seems most reasonable way ($$$) bringing best results

I would like to keep tabs on how you fair with this project, 15 off 2 in a metre is hard work and I have tried all manner of ways with plant training DWC, Scrog etc

thanks for input mate still researching this forum for diy leds

I'm now @40day flowering with my current hps setup (modest 250W hid). Right after this is completed, I'd like to start up the next one, only this time with LED.
So far I found 2 areas, where I need to improve the most:
1) get canopy to fill entire tent surface
2) get more light

I learn more every day about both, as of today I find CXB3590 3500K CD 36V the way to go. But I'm stil learning how many I need, how to power / cool it properly & how to optimize the cost of this setup.. so still a lot of learning to do. Given the extractor is already there, ideally I'd go for passive cooling (no additional vents)

I'm not an engineer & have no idea about electricity so this is quite a challenge )))
