Hi all i currently am using a 3x3 tent with 2 virpa spectra 600w leds( i am aware they are not the best ) although they have been doing the job for me i am entering into the warm months and hage been blessed with winter to get me thus far..

I am looking for a new led light that can handle the 3x3 area with minimal heat( anything will be an improvement from running 2 vipraspectras.

Ultimately id like to improve my game by upping my lights for my next grow.

I have good air flow and an exhaust system [AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6, Quiet...)

Im not really looking in the diy market, i'd like something that will work with 1-4 girls in there at one time that won't get too hot. Not enormously educated in lights is why im posting here

Well there are not a massive amount of plug and play LEDs that are both great and affordable.

Timber grow lights are all pre built for you, if you buy HLG from growers lights.com they will assemble any kit for an extra bit of coin. Though its no more complicated or time consuming than wiring a plug to do it yourself.

Chilledgrowlights.com is also well worth looking at.

Reason I wanted to know if you were in USA was because the UK company lumatek which have been a leader in HID lighting for a long while have just brought out a really good LED.

The Lumatek attis 300 would suit you perfectly, however they have an issue with international sales, as in they have to call themselves something else because there is an American company of the same or similar name. I cant remember what they are marketed as in US but email them and they will tell you.
It was recently noted as one of the best LEDs Migro (on youtube) tested and its at a really good price. So also check out migro because he tests all the best LEDs and rates them. (and I mean genuinely tests them, not the usual bullshit youtuber)

Electric sky is another option that's plug and play, bit expensive though.

Amare make a good light but not familiar with their range enough to recommend one in particular.

This is the Lumatek attis, so you can check it out and email to find out what they are called your side of the pond.

Stupid question but what in the world is a driver

This is one example of a driver. The driver converts alternating current to direct current to power the LEDs we use.

One popular build with this driver is two or more QB96 Elite V2 wired in parallel with the driver.

No, not your POWER STRIP where you have outlets to plug your electricals in to. Take the DRIVER out. The thing the PLUG CORD is connected to. It will be a metal box of some sort with wires on the other side going to your LEDs. Take a pic of your light so I can see if removing your drivers from your tent is even do-able with your knowledge
