Good choice on strains superman. I got the lemon skunk, trainwreck, and juicy fruit in flower now. The lemon skunk smells so nice. It's kind of a lemony/citrus smell. I was in there tying one down last night and that citrus smell stayed on my hands for a while. I smoked some last year and it was bomb ass weed. It does stretch a little, so be careful on height. I got one that's already 3ft (2-3 weeks into flower).
awesome my friend! do you have a grow log on here? if so I would love to see it..but thanks for the head's up..I am really looking forward to seeing how it turns out..especially with feedback like yours...how does the Trainwreck smell in comparison to the Lemon Skunk? I was looking at the fragrance wheel of Greenhouse's strains and it said that Trainwreck has a citric smell too..that is if i was reading it right..how tall was your plants when you started flowering?

Trainwreck has a nice skunky smell, it's the strongest smelling in my garden. There may be a little citrus to it, but it's mostly just a strong skunky smell. Definately will knock you on your ass. I've smoked a lot of it lately, and it has a nice smell and taste. The high is very strong and stoney, will last a long time and keep you numb. I got 8 more TW starting now.

Sorry I don't have a journal on here now. I can upload some pics some time soon for you. I'm really having trouble with one lemon skunk getting way too tall. Trying to bend-train her. Got 3 clones from the giant lemon skunk a few days that are still living...no signs of root yet, they are in my aero garden. My plants were 16-20" when I put them in 12/12, but they started showing in 18/6 before any males (which is a first for me), so I didn't force them into flower. I would have forced them at 12" but my flower room wasn't quite finished.

I am really excited to try the Trainwreck..hopefully your Lemon Skunk clones will root soon..right now things are looking good..I will try to post some pics..some plants seemed to be stretching so I moved them closer to the lights so I hope that will help..

Alright everyone its that time of the week..Saturday morning update! Overall the plants are looking pretty good..little bit slower on the growth than I am used too..but I made some adjustments i think will help..it had been cold at night when I first planted them so I had turned off the vent fan bringing in air from the outside in..well I realized a couple days ago I had forgot to turn it back on..so needless to say since I turned it on there has been a lot more growth..so far my best looking plant is the Strawberry Cough..not that the others aren't healthy..it just looks extremely healthy..my Trainwreck has stretched quite a bit although in my previous grows the plants are closer to the lights than before..so I am thinking its just the plant..the Southern skunks are looking good..the Lemon Skunk is taking its time..and the LR2 i have doesn't seem to be growing at all..for some reason its still a whopping 2" after 3 weeks of veg..but here are some pics..hope everyone is doing well!! have a good weekend..its beautiful here!

Hey thanks for visiting my journal superman. Your plants look pretty good man, but why are you growing two in one pot? Also what kind of soil are you using?

thanks man! no problem at all..i look forward to keep up with your grow too..as far as the two plants in one pot I plan to only keep one healthy female from the two...when I start flowering and can determine sex I will pull one...if both are female's I will keep the healthiest one..not enough room for 5 bigger plants..

Good Morning Everyone! Its that time again..Saturday Update..well great news on my end..I have had a really good week of growth..I gave them some nutes earlier in the week and they have really done well...my LR2 finally showed signs of sex but unfortanetly its a male..although is some of you know me I already have some creative thoughts going of doing some breeding..I always say I am going to go for sensimilla..but dang it I just can't let the thought of the wonderful possibilities escape me..so here is what I am thinking..since I am planning on taking some cuttins from my Strawberry Cough and putting them outside...that will yeild me some seedless bud..so what do you guys think about LR2 x Strawbery Cough?? I am only going to pollinate a couple lower bud sites..and I might do the Lemon SKunk as well..not sure though..anyway here are the pics..hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!

hey S-man! wassup!? you're plants are looking just fine. I doubt you'll be having any trouble. whats up with that bark covering your soil? that will probably cause water retention, so watch for mold/mildew near the top.

I finally got my camera back...then, my TV broke the day before...:fire:

Just my luck!

a little something for you to drool over...

Well its been another week..around a month exactly since I started germinating my seeds..so I have had about 3 /12 weeks of veg so far..a couple things happened this week..about mid-week I topped the Trainwreck and Strawberry Cough..they were out growing the others so I needed to slow them down..plus i want shorter branching plants verses having really tall ones..so that seemed to help...I also took a cutting off the Strawberry Cough which is doing really well..I plan to put it outside about midweek next week..but the main change was i put the plants in 12/12 yesterday!! so Woohooo!..:hump:..My Strawberry Cough and Trainwreck are my overall best looking plants so far..the Lemon Skunk has had a lot slower growth than I expected but it is around 7 inches...which will be fine..the Southern Skunks look really good..i have decided that if they both turn out female I will keep them both in the same pot..i mean why not..it will be more of a sea of green deal..and should keep there height down..although they have stayed pretty low so far..and of course there is my male LR2..I am going to plant it outside for now..just so I can get a little pollen off of it..but long-awaited..here are some pics!!

GREAT!!! The subscription and advice is more than welcomed. I'm starting out small so there's only one little lady right now. And she is 17 Days old. I just started taking pics. My log is Champagne & "Strawberries" with a little Cough. Please check it out and let me know what you think.

Nothing major..but I went ahead and topped the Southern Skunks tonight..lots of growth so far since I went to 12/12..the Lemon Skunk already looks 100% better..I removed the male LR2 tonight..it already dropped some pollen..which I am not too worried..like I have mentioned..I wouldn't mind a few LR2 cross seeds to mess around with..who knows I might just pick a spot outside and plant 10-20 various cross seeds of the LR2 and see what happens..but pretty soon I am going to have to take the paneling off the bottom of the box floor..that will give me almost another ft. of room..the Trainwreck and Strawberry Cough are probably 8 inches from the light right now..

Good morning and weekend everyone! I hope all is well! It's Saturday again so i took my pics this morning..all the plants are looking excellent..I dropped the floor out of my box so the plants can sit as low as possible..I also brought the main HPS light down as well..I have one of the 40watt tubes a going now too..as soon as the plants stop stretching I will add bulbs to the other one and keep it on...I also topped my lemon skunk the first of the week and it looks great now..so all in a nutshell things are looking up..I've been in 12/12 about 8 days now..no signs of sex yet..but I'm not expecting that till about day 14-18..although sooner would be nice..I ordered me some Fox Farm Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom yesterday so I am pretty stoked about that...never used those before but they sound excellent..without further a due..here are some pics..8)

(I finally took some initiative and used my digital camera this time..not my camera phone..so hopefully the pics will have better quality..)
