look to be stretched and a lil small...i would up the amount of light you have in your room and bring the lights down some...they do look good though...the pots dry out super fast to so be carefull..

deff streatched i choke up on the stem with soild when that happens but you may need bigger pots for that. and move the lights closer what kind you using?

It is def a little small for three weeks. What lights are you using?

yea for only a 3 week grow thats somewhat small check out my pics these are at middle of 3weeks and the light im using is a 13watt cfl ranked at 60watts and i keep it close and watered when it looks dry! i am switching to larger pot today.. today is its 4th week under one 13watt cfl light.. keep in mind there are two plants in one! they are kush.

bro these are some 747's at a lil under 2 weeks...

these are at 3weeks end of 2weeks it seems to grow rather quick i may say seeing that they are sharing soil...

get them transplanted bro...sharing that small pot theyll end up fighting for space...

seperating the 2 plants is gonna severly damage both root systems, but having them in the same pot is also a very bad idea. I know your most likely going to want to keep them really bad, while i would not spend anymore time on them and start over, so taking that into account I think you might be best off leaving them together(in as big of container as u can find) and start flowering soon. root systems grow much bigger and faster than you would think(at least thats a mistake i made when i was new, lol) at first, seperating them would be a nightmare.
