3 week veg autos not drinking

New to this type of growing. Ph5.8 ppm 550 water temp 68 now, was 78 for awhile... Room temp 80, humidity 60%... reservoir water changed last week.

Why have my veg plants stopped drinking?

It might have been a shambala flashback. I was comparing to the middle one in a 5 gallon pail to the four that are in 13 gallon buckets. A litre a day would look like a drop of an 1/8" in the big buckets. I may have jump the gun.

Anyways another question, is it normal for the plants to have a few big roots with a big hairball at the end or should the roots be matted right from the baskets?
