3 week old plant drooping and scrunching up with yellow tips on leaves

I have a three week old plant i tried feeding it 10 ml of cns17 in a liter of ph water and in days my plant was showing signs of nute burn. it started to get yellow tips on the leaves. i tried flushing it with three times as much water as soil ( oh yea the soil mix is unknown but it has pearlite in it i can see. the women who gave it to me said it was a great starter soil for indoor tomatoes) by the second day the leaves looked droopy and scrunched up. the third day i flushed again and poked holes in the soil so it could breathe . three days later flushed again the plant doesnt look to be getting better or worst please help me the plant is 4 1/2 inches tall in a 6 inch pot and has not grown since the nute burn started. im using a 4 bulb two foot T5 on a 24 hr light schedule in a 36 x 20 x 62 mylar 100% reflective tent 3 fans 1 humidifier and a exhaust fan . when i fed it , it was with the cns17 grow at 10ml in a liter of water at 6.5 ph any help is great i do have pix check em out

Looks like stress, probably from the transplant and all that. Remember not to over water as well..... I think it will be fine mate give it time.

*You are supposed to flush it once not twice, once should have been enough.

could be from over watering it. or maybe the roots are root bound. if its dry, then water it and put it under some weak light, like one cfl until it recovers, which it probably will because these plants are resilient to a lot. could also be from under watering and its thirsty..the yellow leaves at the bottom are an indicator of over watering. but they could be just getting old, but your plant looks like its still a baby.

first off take it off 24 hr light 2nd get bigger pots 3rd stop watering them so much ur probley over watering them trying to flush them and its doing more harm then good

24 hour light works just fine.
Bigger pot is irrelevant 3 weeks in.

um normally yeah but he has them in dixie cups dude there to big for those cups at that size look at them
I had a plant just like that in a smaller pot. I took it out when it was time, 3 weeks is just fine for that size. Its completely fucking irrelevant to his problems.

Thx for the help guys I do believe it was root bound I trans it to a half gallon square pot. When I took it out the roots were everywhere so I do believe the pot was to small plus I flushed it 3 times in 9 days so that could have been much be thanks guys for all the support I will keep u updated and ask hundreds of more questions

Do u think I should hit it with nutes???? I have cns17 grow and want to start a 1/4 strength of it to help recover the plant its really light green is that a nute problem...sorry for all the question imma newbie at this
