Hello all this is my first HORIZONTAL grow period. Been avertical grower since the start. I finally spent a few bucks on some nice genetics(I hope). I plan to harvest every 3 weeks growing SOG style.

Strains:
OG Raskal White Fire
Ken’s Grand Daddy Purp
Emerald Triangle seeds Mastodon Kush

Set Up:
1 4x4 tent with dimmable 1000 watt HPS and 4x4 DIY Floodtable
1 4x8 tent with 2x600 watt HPS and 2 4x4 DIY flood tables
2 8 inch inline fans so I can have 1 for each tent
25-30 5x5x7 square pots filled with growstones (nothydroton)

I am thinking of running 25-30 plants per table with zeroveg time. The plants will be lollipoped depending on how the growth looks. Iclone in coco coir and it gives me awesome results with no problems. I don’t planto vegg but will let the take root in the clone system for 3 weeks. Will it beokay to transplant them from the coco to the growstones? Please feel free togive me any pointers or critiques. Thanks in advance and + rep. Will post a fewpics later.:bigjoint:

Yeah I find myself shooting from the hip but this time I am going to try to aim down the sights. Jozikins, what do you think of pro-mix for the mother plants and what is a simple nute system to give them? I never really kept mother plants in "soil" before. But I was gifted on and she was awesome and easy to care for. In flower in going to run the lucas formula. It is KISS time. Haha

Oh man, when it comes to the Pro-Mix I don't have much advice, I used it once and it was really awesome, it keeps away bugs, root disease, and mildy helps reduce foliar and flower disease also, but that's there special mix. I think it's BX, Pro-Mix is hard to get ahold of where I'm at, though. Any which ways, my best resource when it comes to Pro-Mix, and the whole reason I used it in the first place for making my own soil blends, was Shwagbag, his current thread is here, Shwag's Indoor Organic Perpetual Medical garden Adventure., and under his tag is his old thread. He does a good job and I believe he has been using Pro-Mix for a very long time, I was absent from RIU for about a year. lol.

Oh, and more specifically, this post right here.

Ive been using promix for all my grows for a while and its the shit!

Ive never had bugs or mold in my soil and it holds just enough water.

It has dolomite lime in it to fight the ph drift and its not too hot so for seedlings its good but its good all the way through flower.

I have the diy flood table done for the 4x4 tent. Let me know if you have any questions about it. I have to install the Ebb and Flow fittings for it and some pond liner. Those are no biggie though. What do you all think so far?

I am trying to figure out what to start these seeds in. I have the mastodon kush in coco but I feel that is a super bad idea. I have a feeling that it is dampening off. The plant leaves are starting to turn yellow. I never had these types problems with a seedling. I wonder if it is something I can get from Ace Hardware, Lowes, or Casa de pot. I will post a pic of the plant in a minute.

Well I went out and got some Jiffy pellets and some organic jiffy seed starting mix. I was not sure which one to get so I got both. Just and Update the 2 kens GDP seeds did not pop yet but the OGR WiFi has. Which medium should I start the wifi in. I have Jiffy pellets, Organic jiffy seed starting mix, coco coir, and General Organics ocean forest Alaskan humus. I don't think the coco is seedling friendly as you can see from my pic above. Well not the coco I have at least!
