3 plants, 3 different questions

Ok so I'm working on my first grow. I've got 3 plants of some random bagseed growing in soil under 4 43w 5000k CFLs and 1 42w 2700k cfl. Plants are just over 2 weeks from seed. This morning i noticed that the second set of leaves on the plant I would consider to me my healthiest looking is developing some dark spots.

They were kind of hard to see on my laptop lcd monitor until i tilted it up or down, so try that if you don't see anything.

here's the whole plant:

Plant 2 is growing so lanky that it's second set of leaves are starting to touch the soil. Any ideas what would cause it to grow so wide?

Plant 3 has some sort of wierd mark on one on of the leaves, kind of looks like a birth mark. Should I be concerned about this?

Number one: Its fine, Just hardy growth which is good early on. if it does rot, let it until you can pluck the leaf (brown, limp, yellow)
Number 2: Also fine, If it does end up touching your soil and starts to rot wait until the leaf is rotten and limp then pluck it from your plant.
Number 3: It also looks healthy but if your concerned it does look like the early indications of a nitrogen efficiency so yuo might want to weaken your nutrient solution slightly.
