This is only my second grow i was just wondering if my 3 gallon containers will be good enough to flower in. My plants are white rhino clones they are about 18 inches tall with at least 10 tops on each plant(there in second week of flower now) i grow with a 600 watt air cooled hood in a 3x3 tent in happy frog soil with FF nutes and phed tap water.. So i hope for nice size top colas, do you think my 3 gallon containers will hold it back from making big buds? Or should I transplant them into larger containers asap?

hi m8 I would say if u want to start hitting 4 to 5 oz per plant larger homes are the best way to go I have 8 50 ltr pots with 2 plants in them and they always produce well

I've seen some nice plants in 3 gal smart-pots. You won't grow a 6' plant in 'em, but you'll get some nice yield if you do everything right.

Its kind of like a fish in a fish tank. The fish grows to the size of the tank. If youre wanting something more serious like 6'+.. then go with 5's. I stick with the 3 smartpots.. it just suites me. Everyone will have their preference for their setup.

I love White Rhino. Nice strain pick. I've grown it a few times in my early years and I did the same thing as you. I started in small 3g and 5g buckets. No good my friend. Yeah you'll get some nugs, but your wasting your time. White Rhino can really produce if you give it enough room. I grow for my father (an amputee), a wheelchair bound neighbor, and myself. When I grow a plant it has to yield enough for all of us and last us until next year. Try for 100 to 200 gallons if you really want to see what she can do. Kiddy pools are 100 gallons and sell for about $15 in the summer. You don't have to fill it with primo stuff either. Any decent organic potting soil will work. Buy lots of those cheap soil test kids ($5 at walmart) and test your soil every couple of months. Let the tests tell you when to fertilize.
