3 days after topping / 2 days into flower

3 days after topping / 2 days into flower I start to notice, from all three they all have different growing patterns.
the plant in the middle never seems to adjust to the water intake as the other two. Another thing is that I notice that the watering cycle is less for some reason. I think it has been since the transplant into bigger pots and that I made the soil more optimum. I'm watering truly once a week. The one one the far left is to my guess a Sativa. I don't know plant species but i know the difference in leaves and the way this plant grows.

Is it more potent?

The leaves on this plant are long and skiny. And the other two have fatter leafs and the stalk is denser. Yeah.. more buds probably? I just hope they are all ladies.. Talk about beginners luck. Any body see the potential outcome?
I started a half strength Supper Bloom Nute 12-55-6 HALF STRENGTH is this Ok? ooH yEAH. I planted the tops from two; one didn't make it. They are in 100% worm casting. the micro tips are from nute burn. I read some forum that it was possible. Still hyper green like the day they were one.

Like I said they are now in 12/12 so I guess sit back and wait....

I'm not going with MPS or HPS bulds. Staying CFL.

Do I need to add more lights?????

Comments /Questions / Suggestions Would be so Appreciated.
Thanks,
-JOe

Nice grow. How many do you have under your belt. What type of soil are you using. I'm about to trans into soil from hydro.

Just the 3three and the 2wo clones. Soil is a combo of all the goodies; 15% worm casting. Dirt, MG moisture control,
and organic soil blend.

ahh topping then flowering at the same time really isn't a good idea.. best case scenario when you top is time it 2 weeks before you want to start flowering.

I was a little concerned. I just didn't want a jungle. Since they were on a 24/24 light schedule. I switched one week to 18/6 before the full on 12/12 and started the flowering nute. I don't intend on feeding for ten days. Just WAh WaH.

good call on switching to 18/6 from 24/0 a week before 12/12.. I like to gradually work my light schedule down before I flower.

Like I said this the 1st grow.
I did a lot of research and read hundreds of post to make sure I was going down the right road and not posting every
forum beginning with WTF my plants are dying. Hit that little scale for me if you like the process. Pictures are in the Hyper @ the title of this post.

hah sounds like me before I starting growing, checked out your pics they're lookin pretty good. That black gold is simply amazing, I always get great results with it. What are your temps like? If they aren't too bad I would definitely recommend moving your plants closer to your lights. -MK:joint::joint:

heh, I maintaining around 70-75 degrees. I have a dedicated vent right in the area blowing on them. Its a little hard to maintain since it's in a semi box in the basement. I notice it's hot as shit in the house trying to keep the sub floor habitable. LOL

the more light the more bud your gonna have

for example a 400W HPS is about 55000 lumen, and most growers consider 400W a joke and not worth dealing with. 600W HPS is 90000 lumen - good for serious grow

now calculate how many lumens do you have with the CFL...

At first I also thought going for CFL (I tought of buying at least 12 lights) but in the end I got a 400W HPS and I certainly don't regret it, overall cheaper, spends more electricity but results in much bigger buds

Man I hear that's really the way to go. I'm just not sure about them. I looked at the box and they don't plug in normal sockets. Something about a transformer and ballast system? I dont want to burn my house down. Or attract attention with all the power consumption.

will Hps lights make my plants show their sex faster?
or should I once I know which are females invest in ballast lighting system.

as much info as possible
thanks.
