this is a smoke report for ak-48 of which i grew.

Strain: Nirvana Fem AK48
Flowered: 7 weeks
Yield: 3.2 oz

Smoking Technique: Bong, Pipe, Blunt

Flavor: 8* reminded me a lot of honey-suckle with a fruity bite.
High: 8* very good up-high. made me want to clean, which is strange. sativa-like
Bag Appeal: 9* rock hard, light green-crystal laden buds


feel free to ask about ayhting i didnt cover or elaborate on what i did.

how tall are you growing them to????? and at what height or how long is it before you induce flowering????
you're gonna get a great yield. You're also going to have a different smoke report if it hasn't been cured that long. lol.
I've given smoke reports and then went back and said the complete opposite about the bud after a long cure.... AK sounds nice though!!

ak48 was a pretty tall plant considering what i usually have. including the pot, i would say it was 2.5-3ft from top to bottom. ak48 was induced a week after germinating - she was probably 4" tall with 2 or 3 true leaves. i cant remember. an important technique i used was topping during the first 2 weeks of flowering. then i FIMmed taller buds, taking off 1/8" - 1/4" during mid flowering.

ya, my smoke rpt was a little lame.. partially due to the fact i harvested a lil' early plus it only had a 2 week cure - 3 days drying. but its gone already, people bought it up like crazy and i got extremely good reviews. people treat this shit like gold.

i also wanted to mention i installed my new carbon filter tonight. i ordered a filter along with another gallon of bloom nutes. to my surprise i got a different type of cns17... it is for coco and soil and requires less solution. i have seen it advertised in hydro merchandise books - but its never been offered on the websites. i have been seeking botanicare's cns17 bloom for coco and i just got it sent to me without prior knowledge. thanks "anonymous" hyrdo store. cant wait to use... i still have half a gal of the old stuff

good stuff man. that's the bitch of small closet grows like this. My first few cycles under cfls i started getting rid of to upgrade my equipment. but it was gone in literally less than a week with nothing left for me to smoke (my own fault). and like you said .... it's like fucking gold. People around here don't know what great weed is. so the last few cycles i kept it all for myself for the most part. No sense in breaking off a 20 dollar gram for someone who looks at it and says, " that's all". I figure i'll just let people sample while smoking with me until my yield increases. Needless to say i have alot more "friends" that wait for me to go and smoke so they can follow behind me like vultures.
On that note ( i'm going off on a rant). People complain about the prices of it. I usually tell them that it's more worth it for me to keep for myself then to sell it to them for a break. Fuck em.
My bud always gets great reviews, of course because of good genetics and care. but i had one girl say she rolled a whole gram up and didn't get high at all. then she would ask if i had more.... needless to say i would tell her, "NO. you don't want this stuff. It's too expensive!! and it wont get you high. you should get brick shit off the street with the good weed in it." fucking idiots.
what's funny in my situation is... is that the people that are willing to pay high dollar for some high grade are ..well ... not the people you'd expect to be happy paying 20 a g. they have bigger more addictive habits to feed, yet they never complain. try to bargain, and are always thankful. and me to them also for their appreciation of my hard work...... i have no point in all this ranting ...lol
But your smoke report was great man! i just hope that your keeping some of your hardwork for yourself.

this is the place to rant. go at it, we'll make a convo of it.

my customer base is small, maybe 4 people tops - experienced smokers - and they get comatose off my weed. call it the best they ever had...yada yada yada you know the story. my point is, i try not to sell to people who dont actually appreciate my service. i've had a few people act like snobs and look down their nose at me and my weed and u know what, like u said - i just dont sell to them anymore. we are working with the most potent weed in the world, designed from the ground up by seed makers... how can these d's tell me my shit isn't right.... i've seen what they get - brick or high mids. i'm really not being cocky, but generally, nobody in my town can touch my shit. people dont realise there is a range of weed prices. from dirt cheap to premium. i personally prefer mid-primo so what do i do? provide for myself and a select group. the people on this site are some of the most tenacious in the world.

this is a good point. when money comes a' knocking i dont usually turn it down. i try to keep a 1/2 - a full O strictly for personal, but its so frickin dry up here i can charge 25 a gram when im down to my personal. but i hate running out... then i go w/o. but oh well. i'm trying to get my timng right so i can harvest once a month

i know .... i feel the same way. but like i stated in my last post.... the amount of money i spend on weed. If i'm not harvesting enough to get rid of AND keep for myself. Then it's worth it more to keep for myself.
sure i can make 4-500 and ounce but. i can also spend 4 or 5 easily in a month buying regular. and the good stuff will last me just as long almost.
25 a gram... that's worth to sell an eighth or almost a hundred bucks! I understand

i haven't updated much lately. everything is running smoothly so i haven't gotten around to taking pictures.

i made some very decent hash-oil from butane 3 days ago. i allowed to dry for 2 days then i rubbed canola oil on my fingers and rolled it into a 3" snake. its prob 3/8" in diameter. i stuck this in the freezer and it became rock hard. much easier to handle - i just chop a piece off and cruch it up to put on my bowl or add to a blunt. just smoked my 1st bowl 10 minutes ago with this. its pretty insanely good.

also, all clones rooted. i filled 3 grow bags with my custom soil-less mix and planted them once rooted. rooted the 15th and i want to introduce them to the flowering room on the 24th. they are looking really very healthy.

one clone will stay in order to be a mother. one of my established mothers was induced to flowering 4 days ago. she is settig in a empty space in my tent. i plan to put her in the grow tray for waterings.

hey guys i've got some pictures and words to update with.

i have a hard time remembering dates, but i'll do my best.

oldest plant, bubblicious #2 went into flowering on aug 24. today is day 37 for this plant and she is looking great. awesome overall shape - reminds me of a tree you would see on the serengeti. this plant is fattening nicely. can't wait for harvest in another 20 days or so.

the second oldest plant, lets call her "Grace" was induced into flowering on sept 15 - so today is day 15 of flower. i used a bending technique with this plant. on a bending session i snapped a main branch but other than that she is looking great. starting to show some pistils.

finally we have the smallest plants - both clones. we will just call "milo and otis" i'll decide who is who when they have differing features. both plants were put in the flower room on sept 24 and today is day 6 of flower. i'm thinking of using my FIM technique for these plants. other than that, they are looking really good. overall im very happy with my garden.

i have some pictures for u all to enjoy too. i will get some pictures of my veg area soon.

tonight i put a few orders in...

at the hydro store i got cns17 ripe, cal-mag plus, and liquid karma. along with a general hydroponics ph tester. i also took advantage of the attitude seedbank's "month of funk" promo. i ordered a single Dinafem "industrial plant" along with 10 smelly proof bags - (5) small, (5) xtra small.

since i spent over $24 i got: (1) fem DNA Genetics "Sour Cream", (1) fem G13 Labs "Blueberry Gum", (1) fem G13 Labs "Pineapple Express", and (1) fem Reserva Privada "kandy Kush". along with the order i chose to have it shipped with a mug for concealment. im hoping for a cool mug. later guys.

hey people, i've been gone on vacation so thats why i haven't updated for several days. quite a bit has happened so i will try to keep all this short.

when i checked my plants on tuesday i was amazed how much they changed. i have a real appreciation for leaving my plants for a few days, coming back, and seeing considerable growth.

my co2 tank finally ran empty - ran out over the 3 days i was gone. got a refill and should be set for another 2 months. i also received my hydro store order and put the new nutrients to use. i changed the water in my reservoir and added the nutes in these amounts: 8ml/gal of bloom, 5ml/gal of ripe, 5ml/gal of liquid karma, and 2ml/gal of cal-mag plus. pretty exciting stuff. still waiting for my seed order from "the attitude"

i will post some pictures in this update but i want to talk about the plants first.

my oldest plant, bubblicious #2 is in its final throws. most pistils have turned and i flushed yesterday. she was subsequently removed from the flood tray and will be allowed to ripen off until october 20. then it will be chop-chop. Grace has finished stretching and throwing pistils like crazy. nice overall shape. the twins, milo & otis are doing great as well, though i think they have a few inches of stretch left in them. all in all my garden is golden.

well, i went ahead and harvested the oldest plant, bubblicious #2. man oh man was there a lot of bud to trim from this plant. by far my largest - single plant harvest to date. i decided to chop because she had darkened and fattened considerably in the last 2 days.

i always weigh my bud wet to compare when its dry. so get this... 550.3 grams wet. thats pretty CRAZY. typically, i lose 75% of the wet-weight. so i have estimated dry-weight to be 4.8oz(137grams). also, this plant only used half the tent.

i am totally super excited. join in and celebrate with me. later dudes and ladies
