My blueberry cupcake will do that. It cycles through several stages of smelliness.
Thanks for the replies. I was wondering if it cycled…it happened right after I fed. Maybe I’m looking and smelling too much and am becoming desensitized as well lol.

Thanks man. I’m trying to listen to advice regarding harvesting a bit better this time. Keep at it. Follow advice. Most of all, have fun and remember that it’s just another plant lol. That’s helped me a lot

Wind burn? It’s kinda localized right here which is odd because it’s almost the furthest from fans…maybe the oscillating fan but it’s not been a problem before. My fans have been on 9 for the least couple of weeks at least trying to get the humidity as low as possible. Set for 51, been sitting around 60-63%. There’s been a lot of rain lately. I noticed it yesterday but here’s a couple of pics from this morning. One of the area and the whole plant. Thanks for helping. IMG_7790.jpegIMG_7791.jpeg

How is she looking? I’m thinking she may be about ready. Leaving for a funeral tomorrow and will be back on Sunday. I’m considering chopping then especially since my humidity won’t go less than 57% at its best during the day and I’m seeing more nanners that I’ve been plucking. Is this wise or would you advise otherwise? If so, please explain so that I can learn the why and not follow advice blindly. She’s week 9 day 4. I know it’s done when it’s done but it’s nice to have a timeline as well of where you are so far. Anyone can answer please I’m just tagging a few for answers as well. @DoubleAtotheRON @SofaKingHigh_ @medidedicated @TCH @curious2garden @Star Dog @Budzbuddha IMG_7820.jpegIMG_7819.jpegIMG_7821.jpeg

Ive only been growing a little over 2 years but most my flower expirience came recently. The others you tagged are waay above me in knowledge but I think you can chop now or in next week.

Though if the white hairs and nanners keep coming it could be throwing things off and can keep going forever, happened to me once but with autos. From stress like nanners, foxtailing etc.

I usually get a 100% orange hairs pretty easily with photoperiods if I just let it go another week or two. I suppose it can happen with photos too. As I check again youre like riiight there almost done.

BTW my beloved strain I almost thought ended a bean hunt through nanners and grew lots of seeds, nanners CAN pollinate a whole room. Just a fyi be careful with other plants or residual pollen.

I’d let it run for a week. I like keeping as many leaves as possible but if I’m battling high humidity I defoliate heavy. You could also wrap fabric pots in plastic.

I would lean towards what others are saying. Another week would be what I would do. Any nanners showing up the last week or two won’t make more seeds just not enough time. On the other hand it’s 100% a personal choice cause you could just chop and cut your losses and get what you get until next harvest.

Pic before I leave. I can’t wait to see what I come home to. I did a little defoliating and decided to check the trichomes…looks to be 75-80ish % cloudy with equal parts clear/amber. Maybe leaning a bit more to the amber but I couldn’t tell if that was also from the leaves. I need a better device…or may just start going by the plant. I’ve never taken one this far and these colas are FAT and STINKY!!! They’re also hard as fuck!IMG_7824.jpeg

This is the way to do it for home growers. I have a personal plant I hung whole in a cold, dark room since Oct of last year, and it's still not dry dry. It's still just right. ... However, the conditions are ~55 degrees, and 55%rh, so it's in it's right environment. Seems to be getting stronger the longer I let it hang there. Just took some top colas earlier this evening... still nice and smooth.
