hey man kudos with the ingenuity... That took some creativity and manufacturing. If I were you I would go to home depot and get2 y splitters for your lights to double them, you will notice more growth\, trust me.

Thanks fraggles! I'm not too worried about how fast they grow, but I was thinking i might add some lights when flowering anyways. Does less light just slow growth, or does it keep it from getting as awesome? I think the mylar is helping alot, but really I dont know.

Alright, so I transplanted and started adding the seaweed nutes. They love it! In a 3' space anyone have any ideas when I should flower?
Light deficiency slows growth or when its drastic stops it, the plant wont reach its potential 100% but that takes a seasoned grower to do anyway. You should put it into flower whenever you want it depends on how much bud you want. Since its a low light project a smaller plant will give you better bud because cfl's cannot penetrate far. id would flower at 12 inches or so in your case.

Thats good advice. Thanks +. That makes sense, you would flower at 12" to make sure that there is enough room to flower or for other reasons?

EXACTLY! Some plants can double in size during flowering so if your conatiner is 3 ft tall then plower at 12" to be safe and ensure all your buds are alright and not cramped.

tomorrow I will post pics of the completed growbox complete with carbon filter! Oh and the little girls are doing great, pics to come...

Wow, they are loving the new pots. I haven't even had to water since transplanting 5 days ago. I love my water meter. The biggest is now 5" tall, the next is 4", and the baby is 1.5". Here they are!

I hope to get the filter put on the case later tonight.

Does anyone have an idea of what sort of strain I might be growing here. The seeds were from a friend of a friend and I am curious...
It seems to have fairly broad leaves.
