2nd Pro200 Grow, Unknown Dank

Ok, this is my second grow. Last one went great besides early harvest. It was extremely potent.

Time for Part 2. This time I've got Unknown Dank. The start date is 1/21/09. So far I would say it's going quite well besides what I believe to be is Nute Burn on the 2 first sets of leaves. The plant looks quite healthy. Because it's small I'm using the 3x 26 Watt Aerogarden Pro 200 Grow-Lux bulbs and 1x 13 Watt CFL (Red Spectrum). I would use Blue but I lost the Blue Spectrums which really sucks (I don't normally lose things). Nutes will include Miracle Grow Tab with 1 Small AG Nute every 2 weeks. For flower it will be 1 Miracle Grow tab and 1 Large AG Nute.

Pics below, please IGNORE THE 4 ROCKWOOL CUBES, THEY'RE NOT MINE!

I'll be adding a 150 Watt CFL (I did have 2 but one broke, ouch). Two more 100 Watt CFLS, and 2 or 3 13 Watt CFLs. Possibly adding a 24" Flourescent Gro-Lux Bulb.

Yea i was going to lookin into that as well when i first started up, but, all you really need to do is flower them at a certain height, depending how tall the plant is, it will triple in size durning flowering, so you just has to calculate that into how much space you have

True, I might flower early because the Aerogarden is limited to 2' Tall, last time i had to make light fixtures outside the hood and it became frustrating to get an even lighting to all colas, I'm going to try and avoid that this time, I'm thinking 4 Weeks Vegetative, good time to flower? What do you think?

Well thats about the normal time to Veg, but again, you can flower when ever you see fit, i actually broke the AG hood off of the extension bar and i now hang it freely, going to be hard to keep them under the 2 feet, what was your Yield?

Well I was planning to use my friends scale, however cops took it(long story). So I never used a scale but an estimated weight was 3 Quaters for 1 Plant. Rolled blunts as fat as Castro's Cigars. This time around I'm making sure I have a legit method of measuring weight. 3 Quaters isn't alot but it's enough for personnal use. You're right though, 2' will won't get me far, that's why I'm considering LST, or find an efficient way to suspend the AG Hood.

Yea, thats good for one plant, as long as you were happy then its all good :bigjoint:
I drilled holes into the hood, so i could hang it, i have a lil grow cab which was a lil clostet, so towards the top there is a bar that go's across, so i can hang it. I also punched out the AeroGarden sign, and hung a CFL's fixture through there

Nice, I really like the Sign Punch Out idea, I'm going to use that this time around. I'm not sure if ill drill holes though, but I will keep it in mind. Creativity goes a long way. :leaf:;-) Thanks.

Can you send a pic of what your setup looks like above the AG. Maybe we can help you brainstorm on how you can suspend the AG hood.

SICC, did you have to break the extension bar off the AG or can you unscrew it or something? I don't remember what the back of it looks like and since mine is in a closet I don't want to move it around to get a good look.

If anyone can get a good pic of the extension bar/hood joint from the back I'd really appreciate it if you post it. That would help me out a bunch for my grow.

I don't want to destroy my AG because my family knows I have one. They would want to know where it is if I had it gone for too long and then they would want to know what happened to it if it looked all junked out.

Yea there is one screw which takes the AG hood off, its attached to the part that had the the lil thing that keeps in in place when you move it up or down, all i did was break it off, the plastic is weak, so i should come off easily, i still have the other part on the AG it self, but next grow im going to take it off, i would snap a pic but my girls are in there dark period

I would take a pic of the enviroment above, but the current placement is temporary, I'm moving it to my basement where there's plenty of support beams and boards on the ceiling. They helped last time because I could easily hang extention cords with lights on them.

BTW, today i noticed my plant was leaning alot to the left so I had to put one of those Constrution staples in the AG foam medium to hold it up, works nicely. However I noticed the next set of leaves starting to show burns, my guess still is all these burns is from too much nutes because I acidentally over did it. I'm starting to worry, I hope this won't kill the plant or strees it into a Male.
