2nd Grow - Tangerine Dream.

also i seem to have secondary branches coming out, they started about 5 days ago but the main point is, if it carries on this will grow massively in the next 2 weeks and starting to worry about space. as u know i have 2 next to eachother and if its taken 13 days to get to where it is now u can imagin another 2weeks time. i want to start flowering around 12-16 inches. its already 7-8 tall.

the tie or top them mate maybe lst would help pal..

when would u recommend and when u say top them i know what it means and have read up on it but how do you do it ?

Cheers kev, lights went off at 1pm, gona give them a few hours darkness and then top the biggest 1 and see what happens. I must say im abit unsure on whether i wana top them but fuck it, its exp. nice 1 mate.

You should just top them sargent. Plus the taller one that you have, you going to take a clone from it? It grew faster than the other one, so that would already be in my eyes the one I'm taking clones from.

cheers mate, i wasnt planning on taking any clones jus purely coz i like to experiment with diff budd, But i will prob take 1 just to keep 1 alive for a nice smoke from time to time . Near to the end i will be doing some SSH in a next grow. mabey a lovely bit of lemon too

Well there's your problem. You planted it in compost instead of soil. Compost is a soil amendment. You mix it with top soil or potting soil to make it more rich in nutrients. You basically did the organic version of planting directly in fertilizer lol.
Your plants don't look that old so they might not be permanently stunted but idk. Just transplant into some potting soil and you should be good.

Oh and also those pots are way to big for seedlings imo. I mean technically there's nothing wrong with it but it just complicates things it little. If you decide to keep them in those pots then you only need to water like once a week maybe. TOPS.

Ok this is where its going to get confusing so try to understand. That post your referring to i was and still am using the original soil i bought for the grow (Durstons grow bag). It was only when i started getting bad views about it i bought a replacement. which is the multi purpose compost which i am now using for the grow in this thread. Right you are im having problems but its using the old soil. More to the point those 2 plants in the other thread will be coming home to me this evening and i will take care of them here under correct conditions. Will post some pictures and so on but i disagree about the compost being the problem.

Again i disagree, i think transplanting them more and more just causes countless problems and even results in death.

definate seargent two transplant 3 tops seedling to veg- veg to flower

I know i know but its like a baby its showing me it needs help but i jus dont know what to do. Glad i have you to count on for advice. Normally you just get tones of comments from ppl who dont know nothing. Always a penny short from a pound lol.

Yeah I would take clone from it and you say you like to experiment with different bud, so clone it and with the SSH, herm one of them and cross the 2 and call it Lucid Dream.
