2nd cfl grow 1 journal

I currently have one female flowering but cant wait to start the next so i made a vegging area and have 4 new girls(hopefully) growing currently.

LIGHTS: 8 CFL'S 2 27 watt2700k, 5 27 watt5500 & 6500k and 1 13watt 4100k(just for extra light no more bigger bulbs)

MEDIUM: Fox Farm Happy Frog mixed with some perilite

NUTRIENTS: Fox farm Trio grow big tiger bloom and big bloom ( only on the 2week old plants)

LIGHT CYCLE: 18/6

PICTURES: First 3 is my biggest girl(2weeks kind of stunted due to horrible soil).
The next 4 are my youngest(2 day old)Happy frog soil is amazing.
The next one is of my other 2week old girl(also stunted a bit more i should say due to horrible soil).
Last 2 is of my setup looking to add more lights as i go

Anything im missing or anything you guys wanna know lemme know. All criticism welcome.

A little update for everyone. New side growth has started to develop on my biggest girl and it looks awesome. The other 3 week old girl hasnt showed much new growth other than the leaves getting bigger. Now my 4 day old plants are stunning me the leaves and growth is getting so bit. The root development is amazing. I have them in a clear cup and can see the roots on the bottom. Its crazy.(i have the clear cup in a black cup to keep the light from getting to the roots.

Anyways heres some pictures for everyone. Im thinking about watering tomorrow. what does everyone think.

Current setup has 9 cfl's all 26 and 27 watt. 3 of them are 2700k and the rest are 5500k and 6500k.
