Are you adjusting the ph of the water? That can cause some issues for sure.

From what I have read, 6.3 to 6.5 is the number a lot of soil growers dial to. I am in coco so I keep it just under 6. Hopefully someone will chime in with a proper solution. I am not sure if an additive like cal-mag works with mg soil. I run about 60ppm during veg of cal-mag and ramp it up it to around 100ppm after 3 weeks of flower.
Some sprinkle a wee bit of lime ( dolomite?) on top and water in, but I know that is a bit of a timed response from the plants.
