Starting a new grow and bought new equipment was using badboy T5 now switching to 250w mh/hps. I bought this http://www.hpsgrowlightsusa.com/grow-lights-kits-1/250w-grow-lights-kits/grow-lights-kits-1-250w-grow-lights-kits-html-6.html (differ site this just breaks down all the info well)
and then i bought this as well http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YFADW8/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details (inline duct fan)
Is this enough to cool my cooltube with or should i get another and stick them on either side one bulling and one pushing or is one just okay and should i havepulling air from outside box threw cool tube out or pulling from cooltube out the box?

That fan will work fine for a 250. I used to use the 8' model to cool a 600 and it did good. As long a s you are not running your air through a carbon filter, then you will need an inline fan.
