Going to bump this oldie see if anyone else has any more info.

Was this conclusion that it makes them grow short and stocky with healthy roots correct?

Also am i right in assuming, based on that assumption, that one of these added to the additional usual 'correct' lighting during both veg and flower would be beneficial for a short stocky plant?

If so that seems ideal for maximizing space for healthy bushy indoor plants no?

Im a new grower, but I use a 2500k light, and it is possible this is why it takes so long for seeds to pop through the dirt? 5 days now still nothing, last grow was 7 days, 1st grow was overnight. Straight to dirt with seeds also mist and plastic dome, this is my 3rd grow. The last grow was only 20cm tall, but LST and yeild was 83g, 1st plant was only 45g, 200w light, I have a 200w 6500k light, but read elsewhere that thats only good for veg,
