25 day seedlings, advise and requests

Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Here are my Hashberries, a bit of info on them first.

  • 25 days from above soil
  • seedling mix
  • 1x1" seedling cell
  • un-ph'd water
  • Outdoor and indoor under CFLs, basically 24/0
Looking for advice. Wanting to keep these in their seedling cells as long as possible. Noticed they were starting to get a little pale so gave a feed of 1/4 strength nutes 18hrs ago. Think they are now showing burn? (the little rusty spot in the middle of the leaf). How do I reduce stress from burn, or am i best to just leave it and after 2 more waterings try again with the same 1/4 strength? Also note the older growth is quite twisted, what does this tend to mean? (prior to feeding nutes)

Also will irregular light strength pattern in veg encourage hermi'ing?

Not too much info sorry, not much point. Just looking for advice on how you think they are going and about their paleness and now burnedness haha.

Already getting smelly :D

Cheers :bigjoint:

They look hungry, I would start slowly feeding them. It might be lighting but is your soild that wet. Just looks a little soaked, that could cause them to look like that.

Those look stunted, possibly overwatered. I have 1 week old plants that are bigger....no idea on the spots or possible burn.

un ph'ed water? why would you do that? PH should be around 6.5. They look to be nute locked because of the un phed water. What soil are you using?

Will ph the water from now, just been lazy as they are in with all my other seedlings and havent bothered. When I water I let the cell flood then drain so it is quite damp then water again once it has dried out quite a bit. I do plan to repot and bury the stock, just not quite at that stage yet, was hoping for atleast another inch of growth/2nodes before potting.

How long do deficiencies usually take to show improvement?
