That looks like Lowryder. It can perform under 24 hrs of light but 18 hrs day 6 night is recomended by the joint doctor. Get rid of the halogen use cfl for a couple of weeks then switch to a high pressure sodium bulb if you can get one to flower good.

??? It looks like every kind of weed I have ever seen at that stage. Slam dunk your light in the trash and spend like $7 on some cf. It actually looks good for having a bad light, but it wont for long its gunna strech to be 30 ft tall with 1 popcorn bud.
