24 days and still no roots

All the good bacteria your want is killed once one you ph to a degree but the killer is the hydroguard the micro herd is killed once it hits water.
Hydroguard kills bad bacteria, not all bacteria. I always add this after dechroinating, and before brewing for 36 hours.

How wet is your net pot? Coax the roots to search by drying things out.
On scale of wetness, I like keeping it around a 6-8 out of 10 (based on a cheap soil reader I bought from amazon.) I don't like overwatering in case of mildew and root rot, but hydroguard takes those worries away. I water every about 24-36 hours 3x a week, 1 times with compost tea, and 2 times water with hydroguard depending on dryness.

lol it's working well but was a huge pain, ripped the paint of my celling and had to mangle these metal hooks into a ring for the anchors so they wouldn't slip off.
Uhh if it's not too late, get a 2x2 grow tent, so you can adjust the light height accordingly. Would be much easier to set up a inline fan and carbon filter as well.

I'm gonna skip the tent, no room, thankfully I can still adjust the height with the things that were included with the light.
The 2x2 tent will fit that bucket perfectly. Life is easier growing with tents and you don't have to mess with your ceilings and walls too.

You don't need it necessarily, but the indoor environment is much easier to control in a tent. Its up to you, 2x2s go for $50-80 depending on quality, I think it's worth the investment.

Compost teas in hydro is a recipe for disaster. I’ve ran it before not worth it. Have you ran compost tea in a bubble bucket or any hydro application? Compost tea is best suited for soil period.
I’ve only used recharge, and the flora series 3:1 nutrients in a bubble bucket. Day 6/7 almost a ft tall. Diggin the fast growth from the the root growth in the bucket bubble, with huge sandstone

update: day 28. she is much happier with the improved light it looks like. Still goin slow and no roots but making good progress. Will update when they finally come through. I just found out my tap water is 850 ppm which I think also might have had something to do with it as it borderline undrinkable :|

That's pretty high ppm for that stage, you want to aim for 300-700ppm.
Try adding hydroguard or mycorhizae Fungi to stimulate root growth.
Always check pH as well.

yeah I was quite surprised when I found out how high it was. I went out and got some distilled so after I added the trifecta, calmag, and hydrogaurd it was right around the 700 mark. thanks for the graphic 8)

These plants are pretty resilient, as long as they're not dead dead they can come back. The calmag and hydroguard is a must, they should grow very quickly now and anytime .

I initially wanted to do dwc but the air pump for 12 plants are way too loud. Switched to soil the next day and was glad they survived the transplant :x
