Most likely Oxygen-Evolution (or Fluorencespectrometry) although the former is very difficult as it needs to be cleared of "errors" (see above post of PS accepting O instead of C). To put it blunt, PS releases O, thus, the amount of its release may be used to deduct the PS-rate from it. Scientists use collimated short bursts of light at the right flux density and a number of insights from plant physiology to come to true results. I've seen some low-price instruments for this, but their accuracy is abyssmal .. (sadly...)
