That would be incredible Thumper ... I could send up a handful of seeds from a couple of my projects... i have bunches of F2s, F3s, and some Backcrosses of F2 males to the original F1 mother I made last season before letting go of the mother (prob a mistake but I had to shut the indoor down for a while). I'm growing out the F3s and the backcrosses for the first time this season so I have no idea how they'll do... could be gold, could be a dumpster fire?

I love the idea of a collaborative group of northeast pollen-chuckers sharing ideas, following along, and testing alongside each other.

Interesting ... did you find any problems w botrytis on the PTK grown outdoors ?
Well as you know it was a challenging year here in New England. There were a few stretches toward the end where I was removing the bad spots every day. I probably lost about 20% or so when all was said and done. I grew it in a fabric pot so was able to move it under cover before any rain but when we had extended stretches of fog/drizzle/high humidity it didn't really help much.

As a pure indica I hoped it might finish earlier.

How's the seeds coming along thumper?

Weather here in Michigan has been abnormally warm, wonder what that means for this summer.. Getting excited for this season tho!
Means it's going to be hotter than a Phoenix parking lot in August! We're going to see some crazy weather this year. Can't believe it's almost time to plant seeds again. Still figuring out my game plan as far as fabric pots vs. in-ground, how many, etc. Definitely going to run more of the Pine Tar Kush and Northern Lights #5 seeds I got last year, plus try out the cross I made between them. Just have to decide whether I want to try out a new variety this year in addition to those.

Give us an update Thumper on that PTK.

Surely is. Cracked a jar for about 10 seconds one time, about a minute later my wife calls up from the floor below me, "what's that smell"? Serious terps. and sticky too.
I miss the pine terps. Everything is lemon, lime, or fruity.

Seeds are ready but Iam a little worried about the flower time at least 2 weeks later than I like. So not sure I will be running any outdoor. Maybe depo a few I think I need to play with this strain a bit more find some quicker phenos. But got plenty of seeds if anyone wants some let me know.

Yeah, I was surprised how late the PTK was, think it was nearly Columbus Day before I harvested last fall, whereas Northern Lights finished in September. Probably lost about 25% of the flowers to mold but then again last fall was a weather nightmare as you well remember.

How's the effect?
Effect is very nice, you never know till you try it since everyone's ECS is a little different, but I find it a combo. of uplifting/relaxing, not a couch-lock effect but then again I harvested when a few trichs were just starting to go amber, most milky. If you let it go longer it would probably get more CBN for sedative effect. Might try that on one of them (or a few branches) next fall for a good before bed med.
