I disagree you clearly put your email after saying needed help getting rid of things

That is very much obvious to me what the intent was I don’t disagree you may have been joking harmlessly but they won’t see it like that

We have this rule you can search support it was well in place before me

As per advertising they are companies who supply seeds under the pretense no ones popping them
They also have business licenses

Rules are rules, but I always question them when a) they don't make sense and b) they are applied differently depending on who you are. I was didn't tell anyone to pop seeds either and I was wasn't selling anything. Clearly I offended your advertisers, or you thought I did. Fair enough, but do act like I risked having RIU shut down for my post. It's sad when helping fellow patients with nothing in return expected or accepted would be considered wrong, but throw in a few dollars and suddenly the sins disappear. Incredibly sad.

That is not true at all that user just has it out to try to be like because people have issues following basic rules to keep our website running he has numerous warnings prior basically in short he will argue against anything I do

Much different than on the forum swaps from users

So it’s ok for riu to run ads for illegal importation of Rec cannabis seed to the US based on a perceived condition of not germinating the seed, but Canadians (where cannabis in all forms is federally legal) can’t share a few seeds for free? Do you not see the hypocrisy in this “rule”?!

It’s just a really old rule that we have prior to advertising
I wish it was done with and everyone was allowed to throw seeds around and spread the love because I truly tried of dealing with this dumb rule

It seriously I cannot stress enough has NOTHING to do with offending advertisers

Yea the rule is fucking stupid I already said that several times but it’s the rules I can’t change them

The site is a privately owned site, and the owner can decide what he wants on his forum. If you have a problem with anything that he has decided, then you can talk to him about it.

BTW he is Canadian, and lives in Canada, so he knows all about your laws.

Anyway, no hard feelings, I just don't like being treated unfairly so blatantly by shifting rules and I put that on RIU. They really need to join the 21st century. I'll find another way to help out patients and RIU can keep their virtue and purity by only allowing seeds to change hands if RIU are paid first and it's a for-profit endeavor.

Anyone giving away piece of corrugated plastic, or drywall screw anchors this week? Sometimes you find little pieces of dirt in them, or maybe even... nah, musta been a dream...

I'm just confused at the reasoning behind your rule against sharing seeds, while at the same time you waived the rule for advertisers. What crime am I committing by giving away my legal property and why are your advertisers exempt from the rule/law?
I thought I was respecting your rules not spelling out that I was giving away seeds and inviting people to use email to 'advise' me of how I could get rid of my seeds. These are just seeds I got from my own plant that I will never use. I certainly wasn't trying to offend anyone.
