PNW represent!

Got a little blueberry that I've been doing manual light dep on by just putting it inside for darkness at night. It's only about 17" tall but has some decent chunks on it:

Setting up a lil greenhouse tomorrow hopefully that'll make things easier and keep things dry at the end.

I really prefer the effect of outdoor - glad to see local folks on the same page!

Yeah I went completely organic this yr...even I am still shocked at two weeks worth of growth since they have been transplanted. I grow in manure though. After watching I dont think I will ever go back to soil. Btw they are looking healthy. Good job

You have some monsters, Route 66! They look great from here. How tall are those bad girls? Have you culled males and that's why you are down to four, or...?

@WV: Jetson, sorry it took so long to get back to you. Some are pushing over 6ft not including the pots. Only one male, I moved him indoors to collect some pollen then it's chop time. The male was extremely tall 7ft before I cut it down to a manageable size.

did you end up using #10s for them? They look good. My plants started to burn through the N in my pots this year and I've had to too dress once. What part of the PNW? I've got a thread somewhere documentin my adventures as well as one trying to get a post harvest get together going in Oregon this year. But any RIU members would be welcome. Stay safe and happy farming

Hello everyone; a little update.
Had to bolt down the pots the winds kept blowing over my plant's. Now I wish I had topped the shit out of some of them. Have some yellowing of some older leaves and a little burn on a few. Two are well into flowering. Pollinated some lower branches on one, will hit it again when there is no wind and the other's as the get farther into flowering. Definitely going with bigger pots next year.

Some pics from the other day. Today was the first big rain; snapped one of my largest branchs on my bomb off. Patched it up, if it heals great if not some early bud to smoke. Just hoping for no rot on my one closest to harvest.

Pic 2 looks awful dark in one spot, possible Rot?
No that is just the natural color of the buds. They can take a few days of rain no problem it's just when it goes on for a while that I'll start having problems. Lucky its supposed to taper off and stop after Sunday.
