If you're using a 1000w hps, try a grow with a 400w MH and a 400w HPS instead. Get some UV and IR globes aswell and you'll see better results haha
this is my indoor sunshine grow.....won't be buying no lights...thanks for your advise but no thanks

^^ that guy has it all figured out ISK....
Your Plants are looking great very happy and healthy. My rev are almost ready, they're ripening way faster than I expected. Probably because they've had nothing but direct blasting sun for 10-12 hrs per day all the way through flower. Only 5 days total of rain/overcast throughout flower.

we have been getting some awesome sunshine without the excessive heat....I guess global climate changes have some advantages :)

Really digging this grow, pretty cool you're able to do all this with indoor sunshine. Will keep following.

the DLF is leaning over like crazy, may need some support soon

DLF looks like it's collapsing under its own weight
couple of issue...the DLF took a hit when I had that accident that killed her sister, as it has always been a leaner ever since

the buds are getting weight, so when the medium goes dry there ain't much support in the perlite (had this same issue last year)

So I need to attach a bamboo post to make sure the problem doesn't progress.

the DLF recently toppled over (no damage) so I added the heavy bases (loaded with rocks) to provide stability

Ahhh makes sense now. But then again I also came across the same problem. Need to keep the rez topped up all the time so it won't topple over

Hey ISK,

I just found this thread sorry to have missed your adventure to this point. As with all grows there are a few bumps, but the survivors look really good. So It's only early July, have you started a second crop for the indoor sun????

thanks Watts....good to have you drop by.

Yeah a few bumps, but that's the fun of growing, just never know what curve ball gets thrown at you. just do your best to make the best of the situation.

I'm going to take a holiday after this harvest (by end of July)...but will start again come September

couple of pics from yesterday morning....several leaves turned yellow/brown and have fallen, as such it's looking rather defoliated

DLF (left) Jack H (right)
P7110009.JPG

a bit of a fox tail but I've had several Crop King plants do this, it's genetics not environment...so not an issue in my books

Funny that the Dwarf is as tall as the Jack H....she's a tall midget
P7110010.JPG

but the Jack has fatter buds and is more filled out than the DLF
P7110011.JPG

next are pic's from my buddy's indoor sunshine grow: (also Crop King auto-fem's)

This is a DLF but a few weeks older than mine....didn't grow much but the trichromes are turning amber so I think he will harvest

P7090004.JPG

this is an Early Miss....seems to be doing well
P7090005.JPG

this is a Candy Cane, which is 2 weeks younger than the others, so it's doing well
