Got a recipe?
not much to it...
12 Trinidad scorp/butch t or similar red superhots
3 tins diced tomato (I drain juice out and only add to the mix to find the right consistency)
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
half tablespoon salt and pepper
1 cup of apple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar but the cider gives it more taste)

Dice chillis fine throw in pot on medium heat along with apple cider, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar
once this has simmered on medium heat for 15 mins add all diced tomato
remembering only to add the left over juice as needed to get the right thickness(if you run out of juice water is ok to use as needed)
simmer for another 10 mins once all ingredients are in stirring now and then
take of stove and let cool to room temperature then place in blender and mix so its looking like a sauce now.
The main trick is its better to come out to thick from the saucepan and add more tomatoe juice or water as its being blended to get it right
once cooled down add to a sterilized bottle keep in a cool spot in cupboard for a week before putting in fridge.
once in fridge you should get 3-6 months use by date ;)

For sure !! Just my own recipe i get around 6 bottles (350ml per average)
For 10-12 chillis and i would give it a heat rating of say 7.5 out of 10 for me it could be a 9 to someone who isnt used to chillis ;)
Dont be afraid to freeze them to make sauce at later dates it works just as well so u dont need to waste them

One more thing...if u grow your own tomatoes or cherry tomatoes u can use this instead of tinned stuff takes one small cookup to test and taste after that u will.be all gd and even tweak the recipe to suit your own taste :)
I even get hamburger patties home made with this sauce in it
