Lol, I'd be very happy with 3oz's per plant.. That's great though, nice to see things are good for you as well as other's. Is this a pheno keeper for you? Have you come across other purp strains that give as much meds yet with as good quality? I'm trying to find the right strain the first time or get close enough to where I'm not always seekn lol. I like purps, just a preference. I've google so many but there's always pros and cons from people so i figured I'd ask for an opinion from someone who's grown.

Yep definitely a keeper pheno for me. I dunno how it is gonna do in the summer for me yet, as I've only grown in the fall and winter with this phenotype. I'll have to be more cautious once summer hits due to increase in humidity and a chance of mold since the buds are so rock dense. This is probably the fastest and most consistent purple strain I've worked with. She only takes 55 days to mature...I take her to 60 usually just for a strong stone. And unlike a lot of purple strains I've sampeled and grown, this one is definitely the most potent. Great beginner strain as you really can't go wrong other than possibly overwater and cause mold. Not picky on nutrients, although you can definitely learn over time how to get the most out of her through trial and error tweaking nutrients. I've grown grape ape and purple haze in the past and neither came anywhere close to yielding as much as QT

Thanks, I was considering grape ape and am now glad I asked. I'll certainly look into getting some QT beans. :) If you get a chance , I'd love to see some QT porn under normal lighting. I bet she Sexy, lol..

Yup I';ll go out right now and get some pics of this purple colored lemon-berry pheno (QT #1). I just cut down my monster QT #2 last night and she is up to dry right now, so ill put some pictures up of her once she gets put in jars after drying. The thing about Grape Ape is it is VERY slow in Vegg stage. You literally have to vegg her a whole month longer than most hybrids if you want your grow room to be all the same height.

Here's a couple shots of QT #1 from my last harvest. She didn't turn quite as purple as some times before, due to the warmer weather we have been having. But she still smokes the same! Headsy high at first followed by a long lasting peaceful stone. Lemon-berry flavor. She is more fluffy than QT #2 which is rock hard dense. Covered in trichomes!! These were taken on an iphone 3G so sorry I can't get macro lol

This is 1/2 of the top of the plant.....other half of it broke off as i was trying to take a picture the buds were so dense, lol. As I was moving this plant to my trim area, i ended up breaking the huge base of the plant as well....So ya this plant pretty much packed on as much weight as it could support itself. And during vegg, i treated the branches pretty rough to strengthen them up. Can't wait til these buds dry and get to start curing! Note that this is the first time I've had this pheno turn a nice dark purple color....temperature has been about 74F lights on and 60F lights off

I know I haven't been updating regularly, but doesn't seem to be any regular followers plus I am way too busy these days with life to update weekly. But here's what's going on this week.....Lemon Skunk by DNA was a fail. I do not have any confidence in buying single seeds from DNA....seems like you must have to crack a 5 pack or more to select a good pheno, and I do not have the time, money, or room to do that shit, so sticking with what I know is good.

Flowering:

QT#1- 31 days
Picture of this plant is in the background behind Querkle, to the left of QT#2 Clone6.

QT#2 Clone 6- 60 days --getting chopped very soon!! Been getting nothing but plain water past week now.
image_10.jpg

QT#2 Clone 7- 2 days --she looks a little funny just like the QT#1 weirdo i got because the clone was taken when the plant was about a week into flowering......
image_8.jpg

Sweet Tooth C1- 50 days VERY happy with this plant....the buds are HUGE and covered in some sticky ass resin all over. Each day I go in it seems like the buds get fatter and fatter, just hoping the stems dont break lmao. She will get another 2 weeks at least. Starting to see about 40% brown 60% white pistils now. I am not mad since the weed is so good and is such a great producer, but BC bud depot is WAY off on their 45-50 day harvest time.

Sweet Tooth C2- 28 days I haven't babied this sweet tooth like C1, because she is harder to get to in the back of the tent, but she looks good, not as many tops as C1, but will still probably produce pretty well.

Querkle- day 1 - sex unknown ---we'll see where this goes. Hoping to get a keeper pheno, but out of 1 regular seed time will just have to tell.

I also got a Paradise Seed's Spoetnik that just sprouted about a week ago....should be female since it is a feminized variety. Hope to get some more variety and be lucky enough to get a good phenotype. Also got some more clones of sweet tooth that need a week or 2 more vegg and will be ready to rock in the flowering tent. Think i still got QT#2 going, but not sure if the clone i took has rooted yet. Adios for now....ill update when I can.

From the recent sweet tooth harvest. I have to say this is some of the smoothest smoke and I love the taste, which is unlike any other strain I've smoked. Sweet vanilla with a hashy bite is the only way I know to describe it. She comes in really heavy at harvest every time! Must say it is definitely not a 49-55 day strain like advertised....maybe in a hydro setup, but I always take her to 60-65 days for best results. Potency is about an 8.5/10 and it lasts a good 3 hours after taking 4 or 5 green bong rips. Makes my bong water smell great!!!

I know I haven't updated this thread in a while, but not much of anything has changed. Except summer is just around the corner and temperatures are starting to rise in the tent. I'm gonna have to clean out my stand-up AC unit so i can put it inside the tent here soon probably by the first of June. I'm still growing sweet tooth, qrazy train, lost the lemon skunk though it wasn't up to my standards anyway. I have a querkle plant that I will be harvesting soon, but will not be running again because it was a total hermaphrodite from week 3 flowering on. I found a good keeper strain -- Paradise Seed's Spoetnik #1. Got some clones taken of her.... as the first harvest of her draws close I anticipate that this will be a really good top shelf stash. Pure indica....smells like grape astringent, and resin oozing off of this plant just like many of TGA's strains.

Anyway, enough blabber.....here is a shot of my recent sweet tooth harvest which was 4.75 ounces.
