So basically they are asking for a legal umbrella to do more of what they please? Is that where this is going? Why would need special exception to current tort law, which is already to liberal IMO.

Well I'm not surprised considering the most recent lawsuit from the ACLU against the city of Livonia for creating a law that in turn violates the mmmp without explicitly citing marijuana. That is because the law is based around that all federal laws will be enforced by local policeman in the city of Livonia.

I apologize did not see that you posted a article on that as well your on top of it lol

The LEO's involved in this matter are employed by the State of Michigan, and are under mandate to follow and observe state laws.
Regardless of their own personal feelings on the matter.
They are not marshals. They can always try out for that office, although 95% won't make the cut.
If they were, there wouldn't be a distinction in offices.
Livonia is not a sovereign state.
