2000 watt indoor . dream queen soil grow and introduction

Hey hope everyone is getting started to a great weekend. Here are some pics from this afternoon. I topped 2 of the largest dream queen. I think im going to let the rest just go and see what happens in the coming weeks since I havent grown this strain before so not sure what method will work best. Anyways here are some pics. I bumped it up to 600 watts from 400 on the hps side def seems to help with growth. Enjoy

Along these lines adding nematodes to the soil when you start the plants
will help control gnats and such, and you do not have to wait until you
have an infestation to apply them.

Bought a 5 pack of TGA Cheese Quake. Soaked em las nite and they all sunk already Excited to try this strain next hopefully get some females and a nice pheno to keep. Plants are all looking good in the garden. I began to like bend and tie some of the branches outwards to get them to more light! Pics in next day or so. Happy Sunday everyoen!

Happy 1st to everyone. Well woke up to my cat that ate 7 of my seedlings lol good thing they were randos I had saved. 4 of the 5 Cheesequake showed taproot so i put em in soil last nite! Also made a investment and purchased a refurbished dual hose 12k btu portable ac. the house ac isnt cooling the room enough even at night and now that winter is approaching I can unplug home ac and crack windows if needed in evening! Should save some energy I hope. Been doing a lil training on the plants to spread branches out also but probably should have started that when i first got the clones. Next prject is making a lil veg room within the bedroom not sure what design ill do yet though..

great update..lol yeah my Siamese likes to eat leaves off the plants and seedlings if I can keepem separated.

Well got my ac delivered today. Seems to be working well so far. Well see once I got both 1Ks up during flower. Still need to find a spot to intake air from but will prob be from attic. Had to change some wiring around since adding this in room causes too much draw and blows breaker... back to home depot for another hd extension cord lol. Noticed some condensation on intake of lights by window this am from the cold air las nite. May draw from garage instead of window or somthing I dont like that wetness. Had some leave curl but i screwed up and had fan shut off before lights las nite so was like almost hundred in there for a hour or two this am Still got some kinks to work out! Sorry for the rambling enjoy

Hello again. Well its sunday evening here just a little update in the room. This is my first attempt at cutting clones I've posted some pics. I didnt go crazy and only snipped 2 of the plants til im sure I can do this successfully. Anyways took the cuttings from the top growth of plant .. cut at a 45 degree angle or tried to then removed some of the leaves only leaving the top section. I then kinda scrapped away some of the area near 45 degree cut and i let them sit in some clonex rooting gel for like ten mins and tried to apply it to most of the bottom of the cut. I went with a clone machine i found on amazon that had great reviews.. actually said 100% success rate so i figure why not. I filled it up yesterday with water and ph it down to like 6.5 Should I go lower? I also added a tiny bit of the clonex rooting supplement liquid in the water aswell. Plugged it all back in and sat clones on top . cloner is just chilling in my veg room not in any direct light. Not sure of water temperature though. Any thoughts on my clone process? thank you guys

ps. I hate my photos flipping upside down when i upload them on this site. I also noticed like droplets of sap over cpl of plants hear stalk area tried to get a close up. Is this ok?

I wanted to say that looks hella nice. If I may, might I suggest having white sheeting for your flooring there instead of black? You'll have a huge increase in the light hitting your plants. Then again, you do have 2000w...

As for cloning, your cuts are a little large. When you get them too big, they really struggle with the extra foliage and either begin to rot, or most of that heavy foliage dies off as the plant is forming its roots and if it lives, new foliage grows and most of the heavy, initial stuff dies. I'd go for longer stems and less developed nodes there, but that's just me.

Hey everyone well today was super busy day. put in some work . I took to Greensomes advice and got a 10x10 sheet of panda lined the floor with it. and ran rest up the wall tarp wall. I was pondering how to make a veg room so I said screw it and cut some 1x8 wood into sections made a frame around walls and ceiling and put up the tarp with staples. Then purchased a zipper to make it into a little door to access the room but also give it total darkness when it comes time to flip but i still got like half of my 1/3 of my room left for veg and walk around if need be while they stay dark. Still have to finish with it but its up for time being! the cuttings I took are looking ok still standing up but I kinda fucked up and left pump off for like 8 hrs today. So I hope that didnt do them in. All 5 cheesequake seeds have sprouted aswell so happy about that!. Have a goodnite everyone!

Hey hope everyone is doing well. Spent today cutting more clones from the best looking girls. The first 3 clones I cut almost week ago still have no sign of roots but havent wilted over at all and are standing tall as day one so thats super good sign i think! (they are in a cloneking running around 6.7 ph tap water and i put a lil clonex solution in thats all!) Will be flipping the room to 12/12 probably by the end of this week as they are all getting big including these suppose girlscoutcookies seed that I found in some nug when i first moved out here. hopefully some are female the leaves on them are bigger then my hand! I would assume that these plants will probably double in size during flower so I have to start spacing them out more . Hope everyone enjoys the pics

Well although not many people seem to visit this thread I will keep it updated anyways. My first 3 cuttings I took all are showing lil white roots I cant believe it! First attempt to clone and %100 success so far..and the new cuttings are all stading tall and green! I flipped my girls to 12/12 2days ago so now the fun should begin.! Hopefully will know the sex of these random girlscout cookies soon aswell. flower room is gona be crowded! anyways happy suday to everyone

How long did it take for you cuttings to sprout? What are you cloning in? Rockwool?

I am cloning in a 36 site 'clone king' i got from amazon. It took about 10 days for lil roots to show and they are still tiny lil white roots but getting larger daily.. I jus took my cuttings with a clean razor then dipped them in clonex gel and let them sit for like ten mins each then placed them into the inserts. Used tap water that i ph down to like 6.7 or so and added a dose of the clonex liquid solution to the water. Then i jus plug it in and let the misters do work. I keep it running 24/7 with the exception for like ten minutes a day when i lift up to make sure everything good underneath! They are under t5 flouros for lighting. Hope that helps

Hey hope everyone is havin a good day. Ran down to the bay this am to meet a friend also hit up harborside brought home 2 DarkHeart Nursery Chemdawg 4s and one Purple Alien OG clone to throw into the mix. Also included some photos of the ladies at dark and its crazy the 2nd batch of cuttings i took from the dream queen seem to be starting to root already which is crazy its been less then week for these cuts compared to the first 3 which took a lil longer but u can see the developed roots in other photo. Hope everyone enjoys

Hey everyone little update. Its been about a week since I put em on 12/12/ everything getting big in there. Those random girlscout cookies took off I hope some turn female! The dream queens are lke monster bushes soo many branches gona be sick budsites! Clones are all sick rooted now I cant believe i have %100 success rate on my first attempts Im very happy! Not much else going on besides that everything seems to be on track!

Update again for anyone who is following. Built a semi ghetto wire scrog set up for 4 of the girls going to see how they fillout in there how and have secured rest w bamboo sticks. Getting to be a jungle in there as they begin to flower. Also have a couple autoflower i started about 60 day ago (Critical Jack , Auto Whitewidow and Autocheese)that are getting super frosty and chunky sorry for the hps lighting ill have to put a mh in one day for better photos. The veg section getting bigger too. There are the clones from the dream queen and got some tga cheesequake going and cpl bagseed i held onto that im gona run and try find keeper lady.
