After mainlining is established, I basically started pinching all new growth from that point until I transplant. I havent done anything since then. The only reason this one is the only one tied to anything is I couldnt keep her two main stems from mainlining tied down when ahe was in the bucket.

I swear I got better harvests when they got hit by frost like that, idk seems to really strengthen them early if they survive. Late season frosts are where I worry, but I've had plants covered in ice do just fine. It's an old trick to do that, if temps are going well below freezing, coating the plant in ice actually insulates it and keeps it at 32°F. A big healthy plant can take.

Yeah I dont mind late frosts at all. I learned if I water the hell out of them the day before a frost they are just fine. Now obviously when the hard frosts come in late oct its time to cut them down. But I like how they turn such a pretty purple lol20140917_084509-1.jpg
