20 days old, 7 1/2 inches? is this normal?

20 days old, 7 1/2 inches? is this normal? it hasnt seemed to grow alot in the last like 5 days but like a half inch. and the leaves arent getting bigger and they arent exactley drooping but they are not straight out. the middle leaves arent growing bigger either. is this a problem or should i just let it go. i just want it to be perfect till i smoke it and sell it and stuff

What kind of lighting to you have?

i have 3 (13 watt CFL lightbulbs) in my room + real sun light for 16-18 hours a day
and a fan to help the stem get stronger

With direct sunlight for that long per day, no they shouldn't be that small.
Unless they are pure indica or something.
Do you plan on flowering outside?

no, id get arrested if i did that lol. but still its an inside pure indica plant.

Well actually if it's pure indica, I think you're fine bro, but you are going to need either an hps or a lot more/higher wattage cfls to flower that thing
