2 x 1000w cooltube heat question

hey im currently running 6 x 600w in my grow room, i also have a room for a tent that can fit 2 lights, basically my room temp is 29c and during hot days can be 31. But am running through night and temperatures are much better. So im looking to add 2 1000w cool tubes into my tent. Basically my setup will be, sucking cold air from outside which is usually 5c, through both cool tubes and back outside of my room, i will be using 8 inch acoustic ducting and also a 8 1000m3/hr fan. What will temperatures be like in my room from the cooltubes? how much heat do they remove, ive read that people using 1000 cool tubes can have the lights up close and even touch the cooltubes without burning. I also will have a smaller carbon filter and fan sucking air out of the tent, also i will have a small fan to bring in air to the tent. To setup both of these is going to cost me around £1000 and the shop that is nearest to me doesnt stock the items, they have to order them in after payment so i cant see one in action before buying. If possible im looking to have a 0 degree increase in temperature haha. If anyone has any info can you please help me out. cheers

If you draw directly into the cool tubes from outside and its only 5c you will probably get a bunch of condensation, that's not good at all.

1000 for 2 1k lights? ouch

Not really, and even a few inches away causes bleaching.

I wouldn't bring in that cold of air with that massive fan.......Its kind of pushing it, the temp is pretty cold

Ah right any suggestions? What about the air cooled reflectors without the glass so sucking straight outside with a filter on the other end I'd prefer to have cooltubes as I don't mind losing light power from the glass itself. Any idea on a setup that would work best?

Its hard to understand whats going on, because you have a mess of text and equipment.

It seems as if you doing a grow tent within a grow room?

Isolate your issue.

Starting with 29 to 31c ambient and you want to add lights?

Do people really use cool tubes anymore?
