Sup yall trying out the new wrbsite layout, figured itd make a good excuse for a new thread lol.

Still running the 2x4, hlg 240h 2100 b running 4 qb100s on a dimmer, 2 4ft 25 watters, and a 150w blurple for flower. Also using like 15w of blurple side lighting thru veg.

3 fans, 2 inline fans and 1 booster on the exit. Lots of cooling/ airflow, also got my bluetooth hygrometer in there so i can monitor 24hr

All the lights are hardmounted to my frame, fans mounted loosely aswell.

Main Driver mounted to a large 3/8" thick amplifier heatsink. Also hardmounted a dimmer switch to it aswell.

Will be running 5 gal smart pots eventually

Strains are: himalya gold and cackleberry

Just got their first shot of megacrop

Prob will veg for about a month.

Just been doing plant maintenance to get them ready to start spreading.. My last few grows ive refrained from topping plants, after realizing tieing a plant down will give the same affect, my theory being less cuts = less repair time. And i can get bigger bushier plants faster.

3 weeks left to veg out, will prob put them in their final 5 gal smart pots in a week or so.

Liking the large contrast between the 2 strains,

GPS Cackleberry (stardawg x cherry diesel) - super sativa like right outa the box, i have great feelings about this strain.

GHS Himalaya Gold (Nepalese x North Indian) - super fat kushy leaves so far. Not a fan of GHS but the seeds were a gift and i dont doubt their strains, just dont like how they travel the world stealing landrace genetics and reselling them for profit.

Photos to update soon still in the boring stages.

Pics are from nov 20th, plants are about 14 days into flower today.

Plans slightly changed, had an extra clone i couldnt get rid of and ended up throwing it into the tent to veg for a couple weeks before flowering alongside the other 2, strain is bubbas gift. 20191120_212352.jpg20191120_212407.jpg20191120_212423.jpg

Have been very busy in other sectors of life and have been neglecting the grows

Nonetheless this tent filled in as much as i needed it too, plants have been healthy. Honestly havent experienced ANY ill plants or yelliwing whenever i run megacrop.

been having a hard time finding trellis netting locally, with the winter season in full effect, seems never in stock.
May just run without it this pull.

Will update new pics when the lights come on.

A 2x4 is a very nice shape and size to grow in. It's easy to reach in and work on the plants. Great for scrog or a few LSTd plants. It was just hard to light it evenly with gas discharge bulbs, but now with leds it's easy.

Noticed my intake not pushing nearly enough air pulled it off and was getting almost no air comin in from the other end, i have a high cfm ventilation setup for the size, im runnin 2 4inches in and 1 6 inch out filtered both ways. I cleaned my exhaust filter last pull but forgot about the intake. Needless to say it was chuffed right full. Glad i caugh that before it became an issue

Day 21, starting to form noticible amounta of trichs. Close ups are of the himalyan gold, then cackleberry, then bubbas gift. Half my blurple led burnt out. Saving my pennies for two qb96s and a hlg320 to replace it.received_1344119265767742.jpegreceived_2378181389179235.jpegreceived_1271257446412370.jpegreceived_417847512453927.jpegreceived_2432815276984082.jpeg
